Summary: Very spacious, comfortable place to stay for a football game weekend in Athens, GA. Wonderful backyard. Very nice kitchen. Communication with owner was terrific. I recommend this place to others.

Summary: Host was great and really cool outside area - this is someone’s regular home. Disappointed in condition of bedding / bathroom linens - I would order a DEEP clean scrub baseboards / walls - white linens / bath mats that can be bleached. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook with.

Summary: This property was perfect for my family for GA football game weekend! The yard was wonderful for my kids - trampoline and swing set with outdoor seating was just right for the whole family to enjoy! Property is an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We were a group of five UGA alumni getting together after 41 years to attend a ball game. We all loved the outdoor space with fireplace. House was comfortable and inviting. We lacked nothing during our stay. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would gladly stay here again.
