Summary: Denise and daz were the absolute perfect hosts , communication from start of booking to our time leaving villa Kelebec was impeccable , having never been to dalyan before Denise was on hand to all my endless WhatsApp messages whilst we were in resort and answered promptly , the villa is amazing so centrally located to all restaurants and shops close enough to hustle and bustle but set in a quiet road . Villa was equipped for all our needs 4 adults 4 teenagers / kids , ! (Water cooler on terrace absolutely fab in 45degree heat ) Thank you Denise and daz we all had a amazing time and will definitely be returning ! The Boyle and clapham family !!

Summary: The villa was well maintained and Denise was the perfect host. We had a couple of issues which weren't the hosts fault and on each occasion she quickly helped resolve them without fuss. She was always on the end of a call or text to help with any queries we had. The villa was lovely and very spacious and well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a great time away with all the mod cons and a fantastic poom to cool down in.

Summary: This is our 5th time back to Dalyan and the first for the family. 2 adults and 2 children 2 and 8 years. From beginning to end it was great. Sinan was on call anytime especially when our daughter felt poorly he took us straight to the doctors and stayed with us. The villa was perfect, everything you needed and in a perfect location. Both children loved having their own pool and was swimming in no time. Met old friends Lukka Bar and made loads more. For the family it was their first time to Turkey and loved it from day one. Already planning for next year just missed out on this villa which was a shame. The youngest knew from day 2 exactly where the villa was. Go out the villa and turn right 1st restaurant on the left and you can get a lovely brunch, tuna bagette is a must, and feed the turtles. The Olive in town has a great childrens area with good food and lovely friendly people. The istanbul on the corner was good also. Denise you were great so thank you for all your help, any questions was answered promptly and you kept us all updated. Thank you for letting us share your villa just a shame as i said missed out for next year. No one would be disappointed staying at Villa Kelebek and visting the beautiful town and people of Daylan.

Summary: We had the best time in the Kelebek. The downstairs ensuite bedroom was perfect for our 87 year old mum . The villa was really well presented and had everything we needed. The local shop was perfect for fresh bread every morning and only a few minutes walk from the villa. The family who run it were very friendly and appreciated our very limited Turkish greetings. The position was ideal for getting to the river and into town. The gardens were very well tended. Sinan, the local agent,was very helpful and we enjoyed a few meals in his restaurant. We would love to return one day.

Summary: I rented Villa Kelebek to take my family (8 adults) away for a week. It was the sixth time my wife and I have been to Dalyan and Villa Kelebek is the best we've stayed at. It is in a fantastic location near enough to easily walk into downtown Dalyan with its many wonderful shops and restaurants yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the riverside. Sinan, the caretaker (owner of the Last Drop Restaurant), was very helpful indeed. He is such a nice chap, personally arranging taxis and boat trips for us as well as looking after us when we visited his restaurant. We had his mobile number and he assured us he was available 24hrs a day if we had the slightest problem which was very reassuring. We hired Mesut Ertekin's boat for a day and my family said it was the best day of the holiday. Having been on boat trips before I told him exactly what I wanted and he surpassed my expectations. His Mother Susan was also on board and provided the best authentic Turkish food I've had on a boat trip. It turned out his boat is moored about a 3 minute walk from the villa. We asked Sinan to arrange a private boat to take us across the lake to Köyceğiz. This he did at very reasonable cost for 8 people. The journey across the lake took just over an hour and was very relaxing with lots to see. My family sunbathed on the roof of the boat all the way across. We had the best breakfast of the trip at one of the lakeside restaurants (personally this was the best day of my holiday). The Monday market at Köyceğiz was noisy with a really good atmosphere. Dalyan has many great restaurants but our favourite on this trip was Bistro Blue in the main square (about 10 - 12 min walk). We ate there 3 times, with drinks and a 3 course meal with wine coming to approx. £20 per head (including a tip) such was the exchange rate. Thank you Denise for a wonderful holiday!"

Summary: I have to agree with the previous review in which it is only right that I thank Denise for her patient and helpful replies to my numerous queries. It is very apparent that Denise wants all her customers to have the perfect experience and will go out of her way to ensure our stay would be memorable. My queries received prompt and detailed replies ensuring I had no concerns about travelling and staying at the villa. From the pre-arranged transfers and the breakfast shopping list of food i requested, nothing appeared to much difficulty. With Sinan only a 2 minute walk away, any issues or concerns can be quickly resolved during your stay. The villa is clean, well stocked and has fantastic views of the beautiful mountains. It is ideally located being only a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan and the beautiful river. The locals are friendly and most speak at least a bit of English so communication is not a problem. With the plummeting Lira, food and goods are cheap at present so many bargains to be had. At the time of our arrival, it was Turkish Independence day so we were treated to a free traditional concert in the town square. A wonderful way to pass a warm evening. There are numerous restaurants serving traditional food, but we also really enjoyed the crispy chicken and spaghetti served at Yummy Cafe in town. The town is more peaceful than Istanbul or Antalya so much more family friendly in my view. My family and i had no concerns regarding crime or our safety walking back to the villa even late at night. The whole family (8 people) ranging from 13 - 70 plus in age loved the pool and the well maintained gardens. the weather was perfect and the breeze from the surrounding mountains helped keep us cool in the 30 plus degree heat. There are numerous boat rides from the river (8 hour day trips for around 35 Lira per person) which i would highly recommend. No need to go through an agent, simply walk past the river and the boat owners will approach you. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway whether young or old, you could do a lot worse than a week in Dalyan in this perfectly located villa. As with most holidays especially when they are coming to an end, we could not help window shopping for villas that were for sale in the town and planning towards our retirement house in this wonderful town with the delightful locals. Thank you Denise and Sinan for a wonderful stay.

Summary: From our first contact with Denise over 12 months when we first enquired about her villa to the very last day of our hols, Denise has been brilliant to deal with. She provided us with plenty if information prior to our arrival and even organised the transfer from the airport for our 3 week stay. The villa is fantastic, it has everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. The whole place is air conditioned which is definitely needed, it is nicely decorated throughout and kept immaculately clean. The outside area is fantastic, lovely pool which is regularly cleaned and plenty of places to sit / lie whilst soaking up the sun. The views are amazing, mountains to both sides and the location couldn't be better - 2 mins to a local shop and bar/restaurant, 5 mins to the river and about 7 to the main strip of restaurants. If you do have any issues whilst away, Sinan from the Last Drop Bar is there to help. All in all it is the perfect place for your Dalyan holiday and we hope that we can stay there again in the future.

Summary: We have just spent a week here and of the 6 of us we all loved our time. The villa is very well equipped. It is quiet but only 10 mins from the centre and 200m from the river. Sinans the local host was very helpful and friendly. The owner Denise was also very good with her communication. There is even a wild tortoise living in the garden. Overall the time we very much enjoyed and would highly recommend.

Summary: Fantastic villa and location. Everything from start to finish could not have been handled better. Booking was simple and straightforward. Denise arranged airport transfers at an extremely competitive price and they were there to greet us and take us to the villa. Once there everything was handled by local rep and restaurant owner "Sinan" who could not have done more for us (would recommend a meal at his restaurant as well). He even picked up our luggage and stored it for us on the last day whilst we waited for our late night transfer. Location was brilliant. You will not need a car - this coming from someone who usually drives to his next door neighbour! The river is literally a two minute walk away. From there, whether you go upstream to the lake or downstream to the main town there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from all within a few hundred meters. All are laid back with fantastic views. We typically spent about £100 for an evening meal for 7 including drinks. You are close to the nightlife, but far enough away not to be disturbed by it. There are no big chain hotels or all inclusive resorts. So if you want a peaceful holiday, Dalyan is for you. There is still plenty to do. Would recommend chartering your own boat for the day - approx £180 - and the "Rivers and Waterfalls" excursion. The beautiful beach can be reached by dolmus (shared public minibus) at one end (about 60p each) or by public water boat taxi (£2.50 return) at the other. Facilities within the villa were great. Free wifi and aircon worked well. Unlike other villas the hot water never ran out, even with 7 of us having showers. The pool was great for a relaxing dip. Thank you Denise.

Summary: This modern villa with superb furnishings is in a great position. The villa was very clean and the pool and garden were kept beautifully. It's close to town with such a good choice of bars and restaurants. We loved Dalyan with it's laid back vibe, but there's enough going on at night if you like things a bit more upbeat. This has been a fantastic holiday for our family and there is no doubt we'd love to return!
