Summary: Perfect location in relationship to my son’s place. House was clean and plenty of room for all of us.

Summary: This was a family stay for Thanksgiving. The main event was actually held at our sons. But out ot towners enjoyed our stay at the house including our dogs. It is conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. It is comfortable and big enough for a 8 individuals of varying ages. The only downside is a somewhat sparsely furnished kitchen. We definitely plan to stay again when visiting Little Elm!

Summary: The property was great. It's a 4 bedroom with an office used as a bedroom with 2 queen beds. We had a couple of issues in the beginning that the owner quickly took care of. Communication was great and problems resolved. They had toiletries for us and plenty of cooking utensils. Only missing baking pans otherwise ready to go. Great stay and ultra comfortable beds!

Summary: Great place to stay and great proximity to Frisco’s Comerica where 12 of us were attending a conference! Communication with the host was excellent! Everything was ‘as stated’ in the listing with no surprises!

Summary: The properties by this host are ALWAYS clean - immaculate! Expectations as a guest are clear and simple. The property had everything we needed and nothing more - nicely decorated without a lot of extra decor. that had to be moved off of the counters. We love that we can bring our little dogs, but you would never guess pets are allowed. The property is clean and smells clean - no dog smell. Love the backyard for dogs and children and to enjoy morning coffee.

Summary: Perfect location with plenty of beds. Very clean with all basic amenities. Each bathroom had plenty of bath products and clean, fresh towels. Perfect for large groups and families. Quiet neighborhood. Check in process could have been smoother as I was provided with an incorrect key code, but the property owner was very responsive and quickly remedied the issue. Recommend.
