Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.
This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.
This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.
Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.
Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.
Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Small outdoor utility sink and picnic table are in shaded area under the cottage.
Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

Summary: If i could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Allen is a gracious host, responding immediately to questions. Home was clean and well stocked- even with spices, cooking oil and coffee). Very comfortable mattresses! We will be back.

Summary: I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Very clean updated house right on the beach. The large porch with rocking chairs was a favorite. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything we could need. Even though the house is not very large it was perfect for our 4 adults. Even though it was winter, we spent so much time on the porch which includes a screened in portion also, we never had a complaint about the size. We booked for next year while we were still there!

Summary: We took our son, my parents and mother in law. Stayed for a quick four day trip. House was the perfect size for our group and we liked the bathrooms on each side between the bedrooms and the updated interior of all the rooms. We spent most of our time on the beach which was very close and or on the awesome deck moving between screened in and open area. Thanks and we will be back.

Summary: Our stay at Beautiful Breeze was amazing. The layout of the home and the stocked kitchen was very nice. I think our favorite place to hang out was the screened porch. Unfortunately we had a problem on the beach with the biting flys so we utilized that screened porch quite a lot.porch aloy!
