Desert Ridge Marketplace is within walking distance (.9 mi). Next door to the Marketplace is High Street at City North. Both shopping centers serve up an abundance of shopping, restaurants, bars, and much more. And just north of desert ridge is the stunning JW Marriott resort and spa.
Located on the border of Scottsdale and Phoenix, just off Loop 101 and US Highway 51, you will be right in the heart of world class resorts, spa facilities, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Just 10 minutes from The Waste Management Phoenix Open, The Barrett-Jackson Antique Auto Auction and The Arabian Horse Show, and perfectly located between the east and west valley stadiums for quick access to Spring Training.
Perfect for an extended stay with your friends or family, this light and bright four bedroom vacation home will feel like home from the moment you step inside. The first floor open floor plan includes living, dining for 8 plus 2 counter seats, and kitchen spaces overlooking the entertaining backyard and pool. The backyard was built for entertaining, with dining for 8, a 6-person conversation area, and gas BBQ grill. The kitchen is chef-ready, with stainless steel appliances and an abundance of kitchenwares, including Henkel knives, pots and pans, bowls, toaster, Tupperware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and large walk-in pantry. The living room boasts a 50” Smart TV with premium movie cable package.
Looking for a quiet place to check your email or upload photos of your incredible vacation to social media? The first floor also includes an office/ business center, which includes one computer and a multi-function wireless printer (print, fax, scan and copy) and 2 desks. We also offer high speed wi-fi + extender to carry the signal throughout the house.
Upstairs you’ll find the entertainment loft outfitted with a large, comfy chenille sectional sofa with ottoman, a 50” TV, Xbox with Kinect and games for the whole family. You'll even find a few decks of cards for the adults. The loft is perfect for kids —they’ll love having their own TV room, where they can watch movies and play games while the adults relax downstairs.
Upstairs you’ll also find the master suite with king bed and Smart TV, two full bathrooms and three additional guest bedrooms (one with with Smart TV) with comfy queen-size beds and luxury linens. A queen air mattress can easily fit in the loft or office to sleep 10 and can be provided if requested.
As much as we love to accommodate everyone, this is a NO SMOKING home. We also ask you help us respect the neighbors and keep any noise or music to acceptable limits and no loud conversations, noise or music after 10:00pm in the backyard. We love our neighbors, they love us too and plan to keep it that way!

Summary: The house was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Each bedroom was spacious and lots of room to cool and eat meals/entertain. Pool and spa worked well and heat was great. Would recommend this to anyone as it’s a safe neighbour hood and great community with easy access to highways / interstates Property management was easy to and quick to talk to and accommodating to any needs you could ever need or think of.

Summary: This home is so cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, shopping at Desert Ridge and short drive to Mayo Clinic. I stayed here with my parents and it was by far their favorite place we've rented in Phoenix. The hot tub and pool was just right.
