Summary: This was a fantastic property to stay at with my family. The rooms were nice, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was great. We were roughly 30 minutes from Snowbasin, and a Target was less than 5 minutes away. The only thing I would make someone aware of is this: if you have an suv and you park in the garage, be careful opening the hatch back, because there is a good chance it will hit the garage door. Every time I go to the Ogden area, this will be the property I stay at.

Summary: A group of three of us traveled from the NC coast to Utah for the first time to be with a friend. The instructions given were 100% accurate, interaction with the property manager was prompt and very informative. The property is modern, very clean, up to date and extremely comfortable! The property manager greatly assisted our party due to unforeseen circumstances and was sincerely understanding. HIGHLY, recommend due to the house, location, and property manager!! Our party will use this property in the future!!!!!

Summary: We loved it! Plenty of space - everyone had their own bed Everything we needed Easy to keep clean even with all the kids Easy access to freeways but still located in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again

Summary: Home is lovely. Kitchen and family room are great and updated. Very clean inside. Beautiful deck but not very useful. Lots of space out there but looks into junky backyards. A BBQ on the deck would be a nice touch, especially since nice deck. Would have used it a lot. This is our 4th VRBO home. Reason for poor rating is the uncomfortable beds and stuffy room temp. House could be freezing on other floors but at night no ceiling fans or circulation. We tried closing vents downstairs to push more air up…We felt like Goldilocks. We aren’t THAT picky but when the kids aren’t comfortable either it’s rough. “Who gets the most uncomfortable beds tonight?” The twin is is really hard. Basement best temp and has one room with queen down there but mattress very soft. My husband is 6’3” and over 200 lbs. I’m 5’5” and under 150lbs. I didn’t find the beds any more comfortable than he did. We sleep in queens from time to time and no problem with comfortable mattresses but definitely couldn’t sleep much alone let alone together. Aside from that the kids and I struggled with sleep also because a neighbor shoots hoops very late at night and after midnight. This happened 3 times right outside our windows. Needless to say we were eager to get home for a good night’s rest. While floor and decor and kitchen are updated the home is older. Could not run hot water in kitchen sink while someone was showering. It would turn their water cold. This is tough when more than two people staying there. We are 57 & 58. Stairs got rough as no bathroom on main living areas. Had to go up to bedroom area or down to basement area to use restroom. So if I’m family room you go down to basement or up two levels to use restroom. If you have bad knees or are older this isn’t likely the home for you. NOTE: First night worst because of pillows also but Marianne let me know next day that there are all different types of pillows all over the house in closets and cubby’s in basement. So pillows were good moving forward. Marianne very nice and accessible. Said she has all types of mattresses and pillows because everyone is different and based on reviews she is right! Some found it comfortable. Aside from sleep issues we enjoyed using the kitchen and dining, playing games at the big round table and snuggling on couches with kids to a good movie. :) Younger people, younger adults may really like the house and sleep better especially cooler time of year.

Summary: My Husband and I and our son , wife and 4 children stayed. It was the ideal location for us. Easy to get to the places we wanted to. Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We would stay here again if we get the chance. Does have squeaky floor that the people down stairs can hear.

Summary: Marianne was a excellent Host, [ she is close by and one text away]this home is in top condition, super clean, awesome beds, big, good towels, kitchen has everything, we are a family from Hawaii and we love to cook on a Hibachi grill, this house has it! even easy to start charcoal was available too , this house is close to everything , we would definitely rent there again!!! this is a 5 star rental!! just hope the price does not go up!!! thanks VRBRO for finding us this place!!!!
