Spacious and elegant home fits 12 people comfortably, or 14 if our air mattress is requested, for overnight accommodations.
The Space:
A 3300 sq foot home on a 10,000 sq foot lot, nestled in the middle of a cul-de-sac. 15 min or less from Baytown, Humble, Summerwood, Clearlake, and Downtown.
Please note : all 4 bedrooms are upstairs.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire home. This is our permanent home, but we leave for the duration of your stay to give you privacy.

Walmart and a small shopping area are located outside the neighborhood. Easy access to the beltway (Sam Houston Parkway).
Getting Around:
No public transit in this area. Must have a vehicle to get around.
Other Things to Note:
Weekly cleaning services are available for longer stays. Please send inquiry.
Weekend stays are 2 night minimum, or premium additional fee for one nighters. Spring break and holiday weeks require a 3 night minimum.
Disclosure: the house has security video monitors mounted both at the front of the house and backyard. (Only outside monitoring)

Summary: My family and I rented this property to take my dad back to his hometown for his 75th birthday. Unfortunately, the night before our stay my son had to go to the ER. Joe worked with us so that my family was still able to stay in my absence. We had a misunderstanding about visitors, completely my fault, but Joe was so nice about it and we were able to come up with a compromise. I am so grateful that my dad had a wonderful experience and that Joe was so understanding. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: This is our family second time staying at the property. It works out well for our huge family. The house is always clean and the kids love the in home move theater, pool table, along with backyard playing. We will definitely be returning again.

Summary: Lessened learned to find out that the homeowners live in the house. It was a nice house BUT unfortunately, my friend, due to his health, ended up in a wheelchair the weekend we rented the house. Since the home owners lives in the house, the master bedroom and master bathroom was not available for my wheelchair friend. We had to carry him up and down the stairs both nights which was not easy. Some of the beds are hard, the top sheets were not on the beds, the pillows were kinda old and not fluffy anymore, the shower head didn't work very well in one bathroom. Not sure about the other bathroom. The house could use a little fixing up. The bathroom vanity missing a panel, little minor holes in the drywall and the front door security door lock was broke. The theater room and game room was very nice. The patios were nice and relaxing to hang out in the evenings. It's on a culdesac so you don't have to worry about noisy vehicles. It's a nice neighborhood also.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. There was plenty of room and the host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Really enjoyed playing pool and it had a great yard. Would definitely recommend!
