Positive: Excellent location. Close to the zoo, 20mins walk to Old Town. The apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Check-out at 10am was not an issue for us, as we left early, but worth keeping in mind.

Positive: Apartment is quite small, but fully equiped. Clean and quiet. Good location, near zoo, easy to reach city center by tram or metro.
Negative: Hard to find free parking space near apartment.

Positive: The location was perfect. Close to bus,tram and metro which is really cheap and easy to use. Close to supermarkets cafes and restaurants. Lovely shopping mall close by and easy walk to zoo. Apartment was as described in pictures. 2nd room suitable for children as low ceiling my 18 year old daughter couldn't fit up there but this was fine as she used the sofa bed instead. Good communication from host . Would stay again.
Negative: Could be noisy at times as near a hospital and main road. No hot water the first night but this was an area problem not the hosts fault.

Negative: Apartment: was not exactly as pictured ( Upon arrival I found a bed frame to be broken, therefore it was impossible to sleep in that bed. Kitchen lacked many things and many things were broken: handle for the pot was broken, frying pan was so scratched that it was no usable, there was no bottle opener, wine opener, all knives were dull, old bed sheets. Upon unpacking and finding the apartment unsuitable for use I contacted the owner. The owner arrived later and offered to show 2 other apartments...I had to pack again, and wasted time checking other 2 apartments. I ended up switching to a different apartment down the street. The owner remained in communication, and the other apartment was much better than this one, however it still lacked basics...: no wine opener, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 11 days for 2 people and 2 towels..The owner did end up dropping off more towels and the wine opener and even dropped off a bottle of wine, there were still things that were broken in the apartment: coffee maker did not work, after contacting the owner many times about other things I just didn't feel like waisting time and contacting him about other things.. It should be a basic thing for the owner to check the apartment after each guest and make sure it's suitable, I never had to changed apartments anywhere in the past, and I travel a lot, all over the world. **UPDATE: If this was in Canada I would have the owner cautioned for harassment as he kept messaging me regarding NOT posting an HONEST review and kept harassing me to a point where I had to block him ***
