Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very friendly staff, very clean and very good breakfast (that we paid on top). Plenty of space for parking.
Negative: Although the hotel is not bad, I found it too expensive for what it offered. The rooms are minimalistic, which is not always negative but in that case it was at the limit of being "cold". When we were there, due to technical problems outside the control of the hotel (water supply), the outdoor pool was closed. It was also announced previosuly that the indoor pool, the spa area and the gym would be closed. So all in all, we paid a rather "spicy" price for a simple hotel without any of these facilities. The quality of the WiFi is below average.
Summary: Too expensive for what it offers

Positive: Nice area, near the woods and a 30 minute walk from Pozar baths.
Negative: The hotel has the word spa attached to it's name. When we got there we were told the spa was closed for the duration of the summer. All the announcements where out there but we thought we didn't have to check. On top of that the receptionist assured us that instead there was like a jacuzzi bath in our private bathroom that was very old and didn't seem to work.

Positive: Nice facilities, spa area, good breakfast, comfortable. Very nice lobby with juice/wine offered when you arrive. Nice cafe area up front open all day. Nice breakfast area with variety. We were in the "old" building apparently, but room was clean, nice. Balcony backed to access road behind building, with another hotel within sight, so not completely private, but fine/peaceful when sitting out on it. Sounds of birds outside was very nice! Trees outside balcony, but many were dying. Spa facility was very nice with a cafe, towels, lounge chairs. Nice, peaceful spa music playing which drifted up to our room during the day. There is a sign that says to shower before entering but we couldn't find a shower? Maybe they meant in your room? Indoor pool and spa were open but not outdoor pool (mid April). I'm assuming they switch off "seasonally" but no dates mentioned. We had good massages for a good price 2 for €60, although only 30 minutes... was a fairly short time. No deal for two 1 hour massages, or even 50 min. I believe they had some sort of 45 minute massages available?
Negative: Noise... from children (not hotels fault), but also loud phones ringing throughout hotel every time front desk called staff to check on rooms. Wish this was a child free hotel. For a spa/hotel it can be noisy at times. Kids playing, jumping in pool, loud in spa area at times. The noise echoes in the indoor pool area. Wish there was a sign to signify that it should be a quiet area. The hotel was very warm all the time (maybe due to the spa downstairs and the heat rising?) We kept our window open most of the time for a more comfortable temperature in our room. So the fireplace feature was kind of wasted. There were only 3 logs for the fireplace and no matches to light it and a sign that said it was mostly "decorative" not necessarily for heat? So we never used it. (Mid April). (Photo taken from balcony)
Summary: Great facilities for a retreat but somewhat noisy
