Enjoy living just a few miles from Ft. Belvoir. A Fairfax County bus is steps away which can take you to the blue line Metro and on to Alexandria, Pentagon and DC. Minutes by car to Potomac Mills outlet shopping, Quantico Marine base or Alexandria and DC. Just 2 miles from the Virginia Rail Express station.
Townhouse with walk out finished basement to patio, deck with gas grill, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, large master suite with loft space. Fully furnished with everything you need. 3 beds, linens, towels, kitchenware all supplied. Cable TV, high speed internet (wifi) and electric - all utilities included! Just walk in and relax!
Walk in to find a remodeled kitchen with wood floors, granite counters, new cabinets/appliances and a bay window. Just off the entrance is a small powder room for guests and a closet. Continue in to the contemporary dining room with seating for 6 at the elegant glass dining table, then step down into the furnished living room with 2 couches and 2 chairs. Continue through the glass door to the deck with gas grill and patio furniture. The house backs to a large common area with trees, affording great privacy.
Downstairs you will find a fully furnished den, complete with 52" plasma TV, stereo, seating, and a wood burning fireplace. The couch pulls out to be an extra bed. Downstairs also features a full bath, washer/dryer and walk out to a brick patio, and fully fenced back yard.
The 3rd level has another remodeled full bath. There are two guest bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom is very large, consisting of 2 levels, walk in closet, and queen size bed. Walk up to the loft in the master and enjoy the vaulted ceiling, dormer windows and large home office desk.
This home has been cared for well, with modern updates and maintenance as required, including new roof, new windows, remodeled rooms, and new appliances. It is hoped we can find a renter who will take the same kind of care and pride in it. It is located on a cul du sac in an HOA development with playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball court, and 2 dedicated parking spaces.

Summary: Ted was a a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. He answered our questions and addressed our needs in a timely fashion. Ted clearly wanted us to be comfortable in his rental and made every effort to make that happen. We had excellent access to services, the DC area, and points of interest in other VA locations. Our three month stay was very enjoyable. The community was safe, quiet, and nicely landscaped. We are happy to have found it on VRBO!

Summary: My family of four (plus pets) decided to sell our home and move to another state. We connected with Ted on VRBO to arrange a 45-day rental of his home. He was highly responsive & friendly from the start, and he showed great flexibility as our plans changed several times. There are several living spaces in the home from the basement to the main living room to the unique loft space. My wife and I run online businesses, so it was easy to be in different spaces to complete our work. In the age of COVID, we decided to homeschool our kids, and the 4th floor loft space became an ideal classroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of surfaces. Ted's house was a temporary solution while we sold our home in Burke. We had brought along our favorite pots & cooking utensils from our home, which we promptly put into storage. For those with families, there are tons of kids in the neighborhood. This was a great benefit with two big snowstorms during our stay. Parking is limited, but that's typical of any Northern Virginia townhome area. There are guest spots nearby, or you can park on Alban Road. We highly recommend Saratoga Pizza! You've also got Costco and Giant nearby. Thanks again, Ted!

Summary: The home was exactly as discribed... very comfortable with everything you could need for an extended stay. Ted was extremely helpful in providing information about the surrounding areas and good places to eat. If we’re ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house is beautiful. The views off the balcony area and porch are great! The location is perfect for visiting DC & places like the Arlington Cemetery. Ted was quick to respond to any questions and provide any help needed.
