In a beautiful idyll with bathrobe distance to Lake Gärdsjön, 25 minutes by car to the amusement park Liseberg and with a number of lakes for fishing, this wonderful little cottage is wonderfully located with a terrace and a lawn for playing. Here you live on the owner's plot, smartly planned with a separate entrance and your own patio. Large sliding doors so you can sit inside and still have the outdoor feeling in the evenings. The cottage has an open kitchen with stove with 2 plates, oven, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. Wall-mounted bar table with 2 chairs and a sofa bed of 140 cm and a TV and Apple TV. You can reach the cottage's two sleeping lofts via a ladder. Here, each has its own single bed, one of which is 120 cm wide and the other is 90 cm wide. There is a window on each end, which makes it easy to keep good air even at night. Note! The loft has no standing height. There is a large, lovely bathroom with WC, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine as well as a window for ventilation and a larger frosted window for natural light. The area has its own swimming area, large playground with swings, slide, climbing frame, tennis court and a large grass field for football fans. There is a walking loop around the lake which is 2.2 km and a popular trip as there is a vine about halfway through which you can throw yourself into the lake with and cool off if you are hot. When you arrive, there is a jumping trampoline by the lake, and you can take breakfast with you to eat while the children play. If you want to explore the area, there is a large shopping center, Hede Fashion Outlet, with a variety of branded goods to find. Kungmässan with its large mall and if you like bathhouses, the city Kungsbacka has an indoor pool. Nearby there are Lindome Iceland horses and a very nice nature for adventures and walks. The commuter train runs about 10 km from the cottage both to Gothenburg and south towards Varberg. You can book a taxi for the ride home for the cost of a bus ticket (pre-book on site).
