Positive: The location is perfect and the apartments are very comfortable.
Negative: It is not acceptable that the accommodation charges more than 80€ for 4 sets of towels and bed sheets. There should be a clear warning that guests must bring their own towels and bed sheets.
Summary: Very good place, but we felt ripped off with the price per set for towels and bed sheets.

Positive: Great apartment, 2 nice bedrooms, a very good lounge, great airy bathroom and quality shower. Separate kitchen near the front door. There are complimentary bicycles that can be used, a free mini golf course (clubs and balls provided too), a nice washing room with several washing machines - all free as well. There is a small field with 3 cute sheep in as well. The apartment is part of a wider complex, comprising a hotel, hotel apartments and private apartments in a separate block (which is where this is). Furnished throughout to a very good standard, including patio furniture at the front and back so you can sit out either in the sun or not according to taste. There is a very lovely beach across the road, about 5 minutes walk away. My son and I used this a couple of times - the water is very very clear!!
Negative: The main issue is with DanCentre, who run the apartment on behalf of the owner. They were not very forthcoming in providing details of the apartment number or the lock box number. When they eventually provided information (about 5 hours before we got there!!), it was incomplete - lock box key, but no clue as to the apartment we were staying in. Luckily we had researched the apartment on our ferry to get to Bornholm and found that the adjoining hotel have all the details of who is staying anyway and this proved to be the case, so we got things sorted out easily. The hotel receptionist was very helpful. The other thing to be aware of is there is no bedding or towels provided - I do think it mentions this in the smaller print on Booking.com, but this is a hidden 'extra' that needs to be paid for and factored in - it cost us an extra DK 500 for the 3 of us (about £60) - so make sure you factor this in when comparing with other apartments. Other issues are minor - the kitchen lacks a bit of surface space to prepare food, do the washing up, etc. But not a major inconvenience. One other thing to note for those that lack some mobility - the apartment complex is about 3 or 4 kilometres from Ronne main square itself. There is a very lovely cliff top walk through trees into the centre of town with great views of the beach, harbour and old streets in the town. We enjoyed the walk immensely and did this on most days. But it may not suit everyone. There is a bus service that runs past the complex (I think hourly). There is a supermarket (very well stocked), but again this is 15 or 20 minutes to walk to and I do not believe a bus goes near. This means shopping in town

Positive: Nice modern apartment, clean and cozy. Nice location near the beach and 30 minutes walk to the town center.
Negative: The communication from DanCenter is really lousy, as others have mentioned. They promise several times to tell you the number of the apartment and the key locker code one week before your arrival, but they don’t. They say it is enough if they tell you the key locker code and the address but this is not true, there are around 30 apartments and if you don’t know the number of your apartment then this is a problem. Team Bornholm will tell you the number of the apartment but only after you first contact them. This is not the way it should work. We also had a problem with locking the door of the apartment but luckily there was a friendly restaurant manager at the GSH hotel who came and showed us how to do it (you need to lift the handle up, push the door and the key) even though this matter did not belong to him or the hotel at all.

Positive: The little apartment is complete, with kitchen equipment , bathroom, livingroom with television, and outdoor equipment.
Negative: I thought I rented a tiny detached Holiday home. However it is long row of appartments connected to each other. If you are sitting outside you can wave to the neighbours. Some appartments have more privacy than others. Also the fact that I had to rent the sheets and towels and make up my own bed, was something I personally overlooked in the booking. (And don’t like when I am on Holiday, however that is my personal opinion)

Negative: It was a bit challenging to get the key code (it wasn’t sent by mail, so we had to go to the main office, which is located quite far away). Same with the payment for the linen: booking dot com doesn’t mention it is not included into the price, and paying for it required us to go to the same office again.

Positive: Great mini-apartment. Very modern with new furnishings and furniture. Rooms were comfy, shower and bathroom were spotless clean. It felt very roomy with four adults staying for a couple of nights. Fantastic. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals.
