3 Bedroom Cottage in Dunnottar, Matlock

New cottage with all the amenities of home, but nature is right out the door. Wood burning fireplace, skiing and ice fishing in the winter, beaches all around in the summer.
We’ve stocked our cottage with all the conveniences including high-speed wireless internet. 3 sizeable bedrooms sleep 6 along with 1 full and 1 half bathrooms.
The screened-in porch is a haven to enjoy a drink after activities during the day, or just to relax with a book.
In the fall and winter the wood-burning stove makes the whole cottage warm and cozy.
You’re still connected if you want to be: super fast wifi and a 55 inch 4K TV with many streaming services for movie night.
If you’re looking for quality family time we’ve got many board games. Or choose some reading from our book shelf.
The neighbourhood is something really special: cute and quiet, the cottage is a couple of minutes walk from Lake Winnipeg. There’s beaches all around and only a 10 minute drive from the boardwalk at Winnipeg Beach and a 20 minute drive to Gimli for shopping, dining and festivals.
There’s so much to do year round!

Summary: We really enjoyed the cottage. Our favourite place was the screened in porch which allowed us to enjoy bug-free time outside for eating and reading. We brought our large dog and he loved it too. He slept in the dog bed provided even though he was too large. My husband took the kayak out on the lake and had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Second time staying at this house and it still has everything we need. I like the additional furniture in the gazebo and how the main bedroom was freshened up. Overall, excellent place to stay. Hosts are nice to deal with. Will sure be back again!

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this perfect spot! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The sunroom is absolutely amazing and we spent a majority of our time relaxing in it! Quiet area, but lots to do a short walk or drive away! Would definitely return!

Summary: Beautiful cottage and location. Everything you need. Responsive owners. We had a great time! Only complaint is in the sunroom I could always hear powerlines(?) nearby. Lots of buzz/hum. Not from cabin itself. Would stay again. Thank you!
