This four season lakefront rental is tucked away on a private neighborhood drive located on the western shore of beautiful Honeoye Lake, with an additional 1 acre lot available for parking and recreational use.
This fully furnished, spacious, two-story cape boasts a comfortable living room, beautiful lake view dining area, new fully equipped kitchen, new full bath, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD, and internet. The dining area has large glass sliding doors to the large partially covered deck with patio table and outdoor living room with lots of seating. which offers an additional outdoor dining space and stairs to the large lake front lawn with 50 feet of lake level frontage, 50 foot dock, swimming area with “Weed mats” for weed free swimming, gas griddle and fire pit.
The first floor offers one bedroom with 1 double and 1 single size bed, a second with a queen size bed, The second floor features two unique cottage style bed rooms with 1 Queen, 1 twin in one room and 1 King in the other room.
There's also a Queen size fold out couch available with lake view.
Comfortably sleeps 12.

Summary: This was a really nice cottage to stay at die the weekend. We especially appreciated the covered seating on the deck since we had unexpected rain and still wanted to be able to see the lake. We also enjoyed the board games!

Summary: This house was wonderful! It’s very roomy with four bedrooms and lots of living space. The deck was very big and there was plenty of room between the house and the water to sit around and lounge or have a fire. The neighbors were very nice and overall, it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The added benefit was that we were able to bring our dog. There’s plenty of space for parking multiple cars. There is a grocery store, not too far and several small places where you can get food from if you don’t feel like cooking. However, we found the outdoor flat top to be perfect. There is a place where you can rent pontoons or boats if you don’t have your own to bring. We will definitely be returning to this property. I highly recommend (Even though I want to keep this fantastic little secret all to myself, I feel it’s only right to share it with the world). You will not be disappointed!

Summary: We had a great time in Honeoye! The house is adorable with a gorgeous view! Huge deck, enough room for all of us. Mike was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful property with plenty of indoor/outdoor space and parking! This property was perfect for our family. They have everything you need for a fun stay at the lake. The house and property are exactly as pictured. The front deck is perfect for enjoying the lake views. Beds are comfortable too!

Summary: Very nice cottage. Loved the outdoor space. Large covered deck area with lots of seating. Close enough to the water to watch little ones. Able to walk into the water. Weed mats really seem to help, otherwise lots of seaweed. Kids loved the fishing off the dock. Cottage very well stocked. Upstairs bedrooms good size, downstairs ones pretty tight. Kitchen laid out well. Ample parking space and large yard across the street. Very clean except for the couch and chair in the living room. Owner very easy to reach and work with.

Summary: We had plenty of space for our family of 10. The property was clean and gave you that comfortable cottage feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils which was a huge plus for us. Beautiful covered porch was perfect for our family game nights. (Every game you can imagine was provided). Definitely recommend.

Summary: Owners communicated often/ answered any questions. Plenty of bedrooms with closets and dressers. However, no bunkbeds as they were separated into two bed (minor disappointment for 2 boys). Linens and towels clean and plentiful. Nice yard/fire pit area with chairs Beautiful deck covered in two areas. Kitchen well supplied. Nice eating area that has total lake view We fished off the dock and grandsons played on the small stone beach/in the lake. We will bring yard games on our next stay bc the large lot included with this property is ideal for them. Just a minor con: grandsons’ allergies seemed affected by the dust/cobwebs in the floor vents. Would not stop us from returning.

Summary: First the hosts responded quickly and effectively to all our communications. Second the place was really lovely and fit our family perfectly. Despite the cold weather we paddle boarded and kayaked through the weekend. The lake front aspect of the property supported it perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked for the preparation of our thanksgiving feast and the game shelf had plenty to offer our wide range of ages. The space is well laid out and worked for both our early risers and our late morning sleepers. The back deck is good size and comfortable and we had amazing views of the lake with the sunrises in the morning. Everything we needed that we forgot to bring was a quick trip down the road to the cutest lake side town. All in we had a great time and we would all recommend Michael and Linda's place on the lake!
