Summary: Quaint little cottage steps from Lake Michigan. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Were there in the winter and when we weren't outside messing around in the snow, we were inside, cozy and warm, relaxing and watching the snow fall. Snowshoed along the beach near the cottage. Also enjoyed the Winter Sports Complex at Muskegon State Park, which is only minutes away with snowshoe and cross-country ski trails, ice skating and a luge run that is open to the public (with a little instruction.) There is also a county park within minutes as well with more trails. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This would also be a great place to stay in the summer due to its proximity to the beach and the aforementioned parks.

Summary: Clean, well stocked, and scenic property. We had a wonderful weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us, and the beach was just a short walk away. Gorgeous sunsets! We would definitely come back!

Summary: We really enjoyed a week on the property, with friends staying in the other cottage. The location on the lakefront is really spectacular with beautiful beaches and woods. Cottage is small but clean and well-stocked. It was adequate for a small family. We spent most of our time outside anyway!

Summary: The house was very nice. Cute decor. A little too small to rent again. We had three adults and we’re supposed to have four. It would have been very cramped. Kitchens chairs uncomfortable. Instructions very clear.

Summary: This is a small property but the owners have made such great use of the space that it’s not missing a thing!! The location is fantastic! In the middle of the woods with lake access!!! Just perfect!😁 The small size might be an issue if you’re planning to travel with friends. But it’s perfect size for a couple or a family with small children. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again!

Summary: Love the outdoor seating and the beach. Beautiful view. There was a nail head on a step that was raised about 1/2 inch and it tore my toe when climbing back up to house, but will be fine. I suggest hammering it in though. The beds were very comfortable. Water temp fluctuates but not a big deal. Would definitely come again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this tiny house! The home is well built allowing for space for people that is private even for our family of five. The outdoor space adds a lot to this rental. The deck with large picnic table, firepit with chairs, the woods to one side and the beach to the other kept us outside a great deal. The house feels nestled into the little glen and is very private. The beach was truly spectacular - easy to get to, great sand, clean water, and few people. The area is surrounded by woods with the Muskegon State Park and Pioneer Park down the road. We were so content at the little house and beach that we only managed to leave a couple of times. We would highly recommend the Adventure Park at the Muskegon State Park. We would definitely stay here again!
