Summary: Fantastic property with quality fittings and fixtures. Excellent electric canopy that offer shade so you can enjoy the stunning views from the garden. Very quiet location even though in a housing estate. Secure boundaries, which was essential for our dogs. Highly recommend this property. Perfect base to travel to the Med coast or the Ardèche for day trips.

Summary: positiv: host is very kind view is exceptionnel (straight view of the mont ventoux) no direct neighbour quiet neighbourhood great pool 11m long House outside looks like on the pictures. negativ: more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?) air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down. FYI: 30+ degrees happens very often during the summer periods in that region. cooking with 3 hotplates is not enough for 8 people. And it’s an old one… not highend. cooking pots are very old and near to broken. Needs to be replaced. Information for EV-Driver: 1kw max for loading - did not use it. No supercharger in the area. Tesla Supercharger, Orange at 30min drive. Washing machine is in the garage. Overall the stay was good but not perfect and not related to the price we paid for 2 weeks. Jérôme, 49 years

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in this house, the villa is spacious, very good located for walkings, visits to Vaison,… well equipped kitchen, airco on the first floor which refreshes the whole house, nice pool, two big terrasses, rather small garden. Claire, the owner, responded fastly on our (few) requests, in general very satisfied.

Summary: The house is really comfortable, offering everything we needed for our holiday. The location was ideal with amazing views from the terrace and pool. The garden felt private and offeres various areas for family meals. Claire was an excellent host and we would definitely come back.

Summary: Location is good, the house is nice, but not well maintained. It has been built 5-6 year ago and there are several damages, such as the pool was dirty, there was no grass (as on the picture), the lights outside were not working, the radiator in the living room was broken, there was only 1 hairdryer, which was so dirty that no one would use it, the TV was not working, there were almost no cups for coffee (or all different sizes and colors), there was only 1 towel per person (we were with 2, so we paid 150 euro for 2 pair of sheets and 2 towels, sounds quite expensive to me) The owner doesn't care at all about her guests, she was not there to open the door, even she promised to welcome us. She just wants to take the money, that was our impression.

Summary: Overall a nice house – well equipped, attractively furnished, great location and comfortable beds. And the view is breathtaking! I would have appreciated if a few more things were provided, however, especially soap in bathrooms+kitchen and hand/spare towels (exactly one per person was provided meaning we had nothing for the pool…). I agree with a previous reviewer that the photos of the exterior should be updated. Due to local watering restrictions the lawn is now a dustbowl, which really detracts from the beauty of the house. Surely there is a drought-friendly landscaping alternative?

Summary: Wonderful property in quiet area on outskirts of Vaison. Booking issues did not prevent a superb holiday in this lovely villa. Perfect for 8 adults or 2 large families. We were 11 at max. Owner Claire extremely helpful though charmingly forgetful.
