We guarantee you a holiday rich in cultural discoveries, traditions, gastronomy ... Without forgetting the rest in a flowery environment! This cottage adjoining the owner, in a quiet area, on the ground floor offers a living room-kitchen area, shower room, microwave, central heating, 1 bedroom (1 bed 90, 1 bed 140), washing machine, television, wifi. Shared enclosed land, not overlooked, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, swing, baby equipment. (Child's bed, high chair, playpen, bathtub.).
Shared land of 1500 m². Independent entrance. Cottage in the village. Neighbor other than owner 100 m away. Market in St Vincent de Tyrosse. For the comfort of all, the cottage is non-smoking.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating package during the period of use of the latter (€6 per day)
