Summary: Ursi and Markus were wonderful hosts. Provided all of the information we needed and were very quick to respond back to any questions we had during our stay. Their home is absolutely beautiful, the views are incredible and sitting out back by the water trough to have a meal was an unforgettable part of our trip. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Summary: The house is beautifully situated in the mountains with a magnificent view! Ursi and Markus are very hospitable and you immediately feel welcome in their apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. The place and the hospitality of Ursi and Markus really make this a place to visit more often. Highly recommended!

Summary: If you managed to book this wooden house in the mountain, you have found to wow everyone in your group. This location is breathtaking, when you look outside from windows, you know you are in Switzerland, it’s a postcard view. Kind of a challenging drive, but lots of fun and exciting drive. The house is a 400 year old cottage, but has refurbed superbly, by keeping original characteristics and adding all modern comforts. The owner has thought hard, how to marry old and new without loosing it’s charm. I love the modern fire place, which is so easy to use and heats the whole house with no time. The balcony over looking the valley, was the perfect place to have a morning tea. The owner are nothing but the best. They are so caring and helpful. They make sure, that you are not lost and you are having a great time. They were more than happy to give suggestions for restaurants, day outs and about hidden gems around. After everything there were lots of special touches, and surprises. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you very much for exceeding our expectations and for the very warm hospitality!! We wish you both all the very best!

Summary: Beautiful area. Great space inside of a historic home. The house was more than what we thought we were going to get. The view was spectacular. The amenities were perfect. The house was a great combination of the old home and modern necessities to make our stay comfortable. There was hiking available immediately outside the house and the outside patio was a great place to sit and read or enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. There were plenty of things to do in the area and tourist destinations are only a short drive away. If you arrive on a Saturday afternoon after 5, as we did, you should arrive with enough supplies to get you through until the local stores open on Monday. The drive from the main road to the house is intimidating but really isn't a problem. Ursi was a wonderful hostess and explained everything we needed to know and responded quickly to all our inquiries. All in all,this is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist destinations while still being within striking distance and having a beautiful place to just enjoy.

Summary: We spent a few days at this beautiful old house, enjoyed the peace and quiet of hiding away in the mountains and the hospitality of Ursi Schmid who took exceptionally good care of us. The house is magnificent, extremely well kept with old and new details beautifully combined. The drive up the mountain takes some getting used to for those of us not born in the mountains but it's well worth it. Would highly recommend this house to couple and families alike! Our kids simply loved exploring the house and surroundings.
