Consistently voted as one of Colorado’s best kept secrets, Arvada is an eclectic mix of hiking trails, unique bars, architecture, and charm dating back to the gold rush of the mid-1800s. And at its heart, Olde Town Arvada.
Neatly tucked just off of i-70, Arvada is a strategic homebase to enjoy all things Colorado and the Front Range.
Designed with friends and fun in mine, 420 friendly lodge boasts 4 bedrooms, hot tub, game room and firepit!
No parties or events allowed.
Hot tub hours: 8am-10pm.
No unauthorized guests or pets.
We live locally but will only be there if you need us, otherwise we maintain separate residences.
Quiet neighborhood with walkability to parks. Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am.
Parking is ample, driveway has 4 spaces.

Summary: Kitchen Poorly appointed with necessary items to be able to prepare our desired meals Nothing at the sink to clean dishes, no dish cloth, sponge or scrub brush Only one dish towel. I guess that should not matter since you can’t wash anything. No dish drainer Chefs knives so dull would not open a package of breakfast sausage, safer not to have them Furniture Many of the chairs were hard plastic, discouraging you from sitting in them for long periods. They were very unstable, making sounds like they might fall out from under you at any moment. Yard Nice sized yard. We were told that if we didn’t clean up after our dogs we would be fined $100. The problem with cleaning up is the yard had not been mowed for quite some time, probably over a month, and the weeds were so high it was difficult to find the pet waste to clean up. Hottub Strong chemical smell, I decided not to get into it. Main bath Shower temperature control requires repair Toilet unstable Toilet seat would not stay up Internet Great connectivity Television Roku, very good

Summary: This property was so fun! It had so much to do, plenty of room, and a great aesthetic. The owners were easy to deal with and the place was comfortable and lent itself to a great groomsmen suit for my wedding. Everyone had an amazing time and it was aesthetic enough to get our pictures taken there before the wedding. The toilet downstairs was out which was a bummer since we had a bunch of guys there, but we made it work. LOVED the gas range, ping pong and game garage, and the hot tub! Great location too!
