Welcome to your Home away from home! Resort Style house with hot Spa (99 degrees) or full swimming pool heated at 84 degrees (per request with additional fee), five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, 1 1/2 bath, TV Room with 80” 4K, Game room, formal living room, family room with fireplace, open kitchen with Breakfast area & Outdoor Grill. Washer and Dryer. It is a perfect place for a family vacation. NO THROWING PARTIES. The house is located in the Heart of West Houston, close to High way six and I-10, a quick drive to many of the City spots, 20 min away from the City Center/ Memorial Mall, 10 min away from Houston Executive Airport, 5 Min away from West Houston Airport, and 10 min to Katy Mills Mall.
The House is perfect for a big family, excellent for any Season of the Year!!! This is a Smoke-Free home, thank you for not smoking. 10 Adults maximum.
This home is kids friendly; we can provide a crib, car seat, or toys for kids under 6 years old, a stroller & a high chair too (per request)

Driveway parking for two vehicles, you can parking on street, please do not obstruct neighbors or traffic. Driveway parking for two cars and on the street you can parking two additional cars, please parking BEFORE LIGHT POLE on front the house. ( 4 vehicles maximum)

•The person who books the house will be responsible for the home (ID REQUIRED before check-in AND $250 USD REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT)
+PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE. All guests & vehicles will be registered, names, age.
+ONLY GUESTS REGISTERED CAN BE STAY OVERNIGHT IN THE HOUSE.
•Pool & Spa hours from 8 am to 10 pm. 4 hrs of Heated spa for $50.00 at 99 Degrees if you like, add 8 hrs of Heated pool for $150.00 at 84 degrees. We need Advance notice, it usually takes 45 minutes to heat the Spa, and 8 hrs to heat the pool. (Do not touch any pool equipment, please).
+NO CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION IN THE POOL AREA & GAME ROOM AREA.
•This Property is in a deed-restricted Homeowner association, so please follow the instructions.
•NO random invites without prior permission.
•NO throwing parties. Family gatherings is OK.
•NO loud music inside or outside the house; please respect our neighbors. If we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation.
•No hanging out outside the front door.
•Please DO NOT leave the front door open.
•NO SMOKING inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the backyard. $350.00 Smoking Fee per room.
•NO PETS ALLOWED.
•Upon checking out, please follow all check-out instructions list.
•If you have more people staying at the house, please list them on the reservation.
•List anything missing upon inventory or upon check out.
•No late checkout without prior approval.
•Don't have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
•DO NOT use towels to remove Makeup. Please be careful with makeup stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
•Don't use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.
*Video surveillance on the property.
+NEVER TURN ON MODE THE A/C. ALWAYS KEEP AUTO MODE between 70 & 76 Spring and summer.

Summary: I sought a property suitable for a special gathering where family members would be coming in from around the country. We needed not just a good number of bedrooms but a lot of open space to visit -- and this house fit the bill perfectly. Large, open living room, formal dining area, large kitchen, a second smaller dining area, two large sitting rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) plus comfortable patio seating in the backyard. Everything was immaculate. Just as important, the property manager was very responsive: The one time we had an issue (light bulbs in the kitchen were unexpectedly out), he was over in an hour to take care of it. Hard to beat that.

Summary: Booked this place for a bachelor weekend. It was a great place to stay at. Pool was refreshing, the hot tub was warm and relaxing. The interior space is abundant and comfortable for a large group. Check in was easy and Hugo was flexible with our booking when we needed to make some last minute changes. Furthermore, Hugo was responsive to any questions I had prior to getting there and would reply within 20 minutes. Would book again!
