Summary: This property is located in the midst of every site or activity we wanted to experience or do. And it was more than comfortable for our 8-person family reunion. The home, itself, is showing considerable wear. Red flags like a broken knob on the range, missing cover plates on ceiling lights, a rusted-over patio table, a BBQ grill with an empty LP tank, and the stained carpeting deserve attention. It's also time to upgrade the towels and washcloths -- and possibly pay a little more attention to the living room furnishings. On the positive side, the mattresses were great, and both the wifi and Roku kept us linked to the world. We would definitely recommend this VRBO home for a short-term stay.

Summary: Property is large, spacious, very clean, nicely stocked with all essentials, was decorated nicely and was close to restaurants and stores. Property Mgr was very responsive prior to and during our visit. My group and I loved the house and will definitely look to stay at the property the next time we are in the area.

Summary: I was very pleased to find that the beautiful photos reflected the actual property. Lots of space for Hubby and I , adult children and In-laws. Our two Grandchildren loved all the area activities for the holiday season. ( Light shows, museum Santa visit etc) The pantry was well stocked with supplies/seasonings. Plenty of pots/dishes/utensils. Plenty of Paper towels and toilet tissue. We lacked nothing! We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Summary: We came to town for a wedding. We had 3 couples and two singles, so the set up was perfect! The house was very clean. The neighborhood is new so you are surrounded by all new homes. We would stay again.

Summary: This dwelling was perfect for our large family gathering. We had 8 adults in the house for a family wedding; there was ample room/bathrooms for getting ready. The den/dining areas were large and spacious, giving plenty of room for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. The house was clean; the kitchen was well-stocked for the small bit of cooking/reheating we did. We could travel to the Botanical Gardens, downtown, and to I-565 within just a few minutes...a very central location.

Summary: It was a nice quiet area. Perfect for the location. Close to our wedding venue as close to my daughters apartment. Nice that everyone had their own bathroom to get ready for the wedding in.
