Summary: Very clean and large property. Excellent communication with host. Only draw backs for us were lack of some needed kitchen items to prepare meals and no bedside tables. Proximity to campus was great and the home was lovely.

Summary: The house was big enough for our party of 8. One big room with a bathroom upstairs, two rooms with an adjoining bathroom also upstairs. Big living and kitchen area and nice seating area outside. Big room with a bathroom downstairs. Good communication with Angie, thank you Angie!

Summary: We had a family get together. The home was dirty, bugs, bed was falling apart. Dirty bedding in the washer. Bedding in one room was not changed. All towels were in dryer. We were very disappointed.

Summary: Over all, it was pretty good. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helpful. This property was a much better location for the family gathering from out of town than a hotel/motel would be. Thank you to The Host!

Summary: This was a trip for work. Our guys stayed for almost a month. They had no where to put their belongings because all of the closets and furniture were filled with the home owners belongings. Our workers were accused of stealing items from the home owner and accused of causing damage to valuable family heirlooms. I was informed early on that the home had a contract out on it and was being sold....long story short, this is not a good place to stay. It's not worth the drama of dealing with the home owner. It's not even a good situation to begin with seeing as how people actually live here full time. Home repairs need to be done.....just rent out the house and accuse the renter of damages....Problem solved. Side note....unfortunately for the owner, she couldn't prove anything that she was accusing our guys of. She found out that we were a company and tried to take advantage of that but that's just my opinion.
