Reglas de la casa
- Una vez realizada la reserva se pedirá para tu check-in foto de ambos lados de un documento que acredite tu identidad y el de las personas adultas que vayan alojarse. Esto es para informar a seguridad de tu ingreso y generarte el código de ingreso a la habitación.
- Al ingresar al departamento tendrás un kit básico para tu ingreso con papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, elementos de limpieza y detergente. Si te falta algo de esto no dudes en pedirlo. Éstos productos luego no se reponen debes comprarlos tú.
- Si tu estadía es de más de 7 días puede pedirnos sin cargo reposición de toallas y sabanas. Si quieres realizar una limpieza del departamento es bajo tu cargo.
- El check in es 24 horas ya que el mismo puede realizarse de forma autónoma. El check in es a partir de las 15, si el departamento está vacío y limpio y usted lo necesita se podrá combinar el ingreso más temprano. El check out es a las 11hs., pero si no hay huéspedes que ingresen ese día puede retrasarse si lo necesita siempre que se pueda coordinar la limpieza posterior
- Por favor. respete el horario de check-in y check-out establecido por el alojamiento y avise con anticipación si necesita hacer cambios.
Dentro del departamento:
- El huésped debe indicar el número exacto de personas que se hospedarán en la propiedad. Sólo los huéspedes registrados podrán permanecer en la propiedad y nos reservamos el derecho de admisión.
- No se permiten visitantes adicionales en el alojamiento a menos que se haya acordado previamente con el personal a cargo. Sólo se admiten la cantidad de huéspedes según las camas que dispone el alojamiento.
- El huésped debe mantener en todo momento un comportamiento respetuoso y considerado hacia los demás huéspedes y vecinos, y tratar de mantener moderado el volumen de sus conversaciones, televisores y música para no molestar a los demás.
- No está permitido realizar reuniones dentro del departamento. Si necesitas tener alguna reunión tienes disponible el piso 9 coworking y sala de reuniones (el uso de la misma es con reserva)
- No se permiten mascotas en el alojamiento, a menos que se haya acordado previamente con el personal a cargo.
- Por favor, no abuses de la electricidad. Los aires acondicionados split enfrían el departamento en minutos, por lo que no es necesario dejarlos encendidos todo el día para mantenerse frescos. Apague el aire acondicionado cada vez que salga de la propiedad.
- El huésped se compromete a dejar la propiedad en buenas condiciones y será responsable de cualquier artículo faltante o roto. También asumen la responsabilidad de las acciones de todos los demás huéspedes en su reserva. Cualquier daño causado por los huéspedes a objetos, muebles, blanquearía o bienes en general será de su exclusiva responsabilidad, debiendo cubrir el monto de su reparación o reposición.
- Respete el derecho de los demás huéspedes a tener un ambiente tranquilo y pacífico. Evite ruidos y comportamientos ruidosos que puedan perturbar el descanso de los demás.
- No fumar en las habitaciones o áreas comunes. Si necesita fumar, hágalo en áreas designadas para fumar fuera del alojamiento.
- Respete las normas de seguridad y no haga uso indebido de los equipos y las instalaciones del alojamiento.
- No retire ningún objeto del alojamiento. Si necesita algo, por favor solicítelo al personal del alojamiento.
- No realice actividades ilegales en el alojamiento y no traiga objetos peligrosos o ilegales al mismo.
- Mantenga la habitación y las áreas comunes limpias y ordenadas durante su estancia. Si necesita ayuda con la limpieza, por favor solicítelo al personal del alojamiento.
Dentro del edificio:
- Por favor respetar los horarios de descanso de 14 a 17 (siesta) y de 22 a 8 (noche).
- Siempre tenga en cuenta las necesidades y el bienestar de los demás huéspedes y el personal del alojamiento, y trate a todos con respeto y cortesía.
- Los huéspedes acompañados de menores deberán velar por ellos
