Positive: Best location for ski in ski out. I guess it is as well a perfect location during the summer for hiking or mountain biking. The property was very well furnished and had more than the basic items. Breckenridge is a very charming town.

Positive: The room has everything we needed, including games and DryGuy (very useful). Nice view to the mountains. Location is great, with a lift outside the resort and free bus stop. Tim (host) provided a lot of useful information for our first time in Breckenridge. Awesome resort.
Negative: This room is not managed by the resort so we had to take care of the trash ourselves. No room cleaning service either but the host left a pile of towels.

Positive: Tim is a very efficient and responsive host and all around nice guy. He really helped make our stay everything we wanted, from recommending restaurants to accommodating an earlier check-in. Everything was clean and fresh (and the shower is great!) and we had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: We liked everything. The only suggestion that we had was maybe a few more hooks (to hang towels and bathing suits), but that didn’t effect our stay nor enjoyment of the room at all.
Summary: A lovely, clean and quiet getaway (w/free shuttle service or just walk around town)=great vacation!
