Summary: Before checking in I was very scared to see what was in store for us because of the reviews and ratings but I'm here to say......DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ!!!!! The unit was exactly like the pictures. I love my little home away from home. No bugs, very comfortable, the house was clean, everything we needed was there. The only thing that wasn't okay was at night the factory up the street had a very bad smell and the outside of the apartment looked scary but the neighborhood is very quite.

Summary: House is in pretty sketchy area. Did not feal safe at all. Additionally, 1 minute down the road on the way to the city / beach is a corporation that STINKS real bad. Very unpleasant. WiFi was not tested prior to my arrival, did not have Wifi until late the second day of my stay. While the house was fully furnished as advertised, and the house was clean, it was in poor shape and had several fire hazards. Some of the carpet on the stairs was falling off and there were carpet nails sticking up... Ouch. As for the fire hazards, the only way to keep the door closed was to dead bolt the door... Which couldn't even be applied without the key. Even from the inside. The door jamb is in poor condition and could easily be kicked in, even with the deadbolt applied (have not tested obviously but is a safety concern). The patio door in the back is kept shut via a bamboo stick. The dryer vent has about 2ft of extra flex duct that's essentially a lint trap - dangerous for fires and preventing proper dryer function. Clothes did not dry normally.
