We have combined living comfort and luxurious design and are pleased to be able to offer you an uncomplicated and great holiday by the sea. The approximately 45sqm apartment is located directly in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Heikendorf (near Kiel/Laboe) and is only a 5-minute walk from the sea/beach. (Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children) The Baltic Sea Suite has a living room, a sleeping gallery, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a large roof terrace facing southwest, a fireplace, a storage room for your bicycles and an underground parking space. On the sleeping gallery, a double bed (1.80x2.00m) invites you to dream. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60x2.20m) from which the large flat-screen TV (65") is clearly visible. Enjoy satellite television from there or log into your Netflix, Amazon or other browser account using the free WiFi and simply enjoy your own television program. In the kitchen there is a dining table, which with its 4 comfortable chairs invites you to relax and eat. The equipment naturally includes: microwave with baking function, oven with steamer, 2-plate ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle and complete designer crockery. On the large roof terrace (2nd floor) you will find 2 tables and 4 comfortable high-back chairs. Due to the good south-west facing position of the terrace, you can enjoy the sun both during the day and the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. You can park your vehicle in a parking space belonging to the suite in the underground car park (entrance height 1.90m) and lock the bicycles you have brought with you in the basement room that belongs specifically to the apartment. A bus stop and all kinds of shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the Fördewanderweg, just a few meters away, or explore the Baltic Sea on the Baltic Sea cycle path. The pier of the Fjord steamer is only a few minutes' walk away. With this you can be in the center of Kiel or Laboe in a short time. Since we also offer the apartment to allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
