Summary: Would not recommend this property to anyone. It was very dirty wit cobwebs everywhere. there was not sufficient lighting anywhere. Was not in master bedroom, but the other bedroom upstairs had no dressers no table no nothing but a box bed. when you go somewhere you would like to have something to set things on. Also its nice to have toilet paper for the bathrooms but lets keep it in the bathroom not down the too many stairs. The sliding glass door outside the kitchen hardly was able to slide and the deck looked as if it hadnt been used in years. We were told by the owner that we should be happy with the house as it had 3800 hundred square feet. all well and good but three rooms were unable to be used as they just sat with no furniture in them so we did not have all that room.Also it would be nice to have on your welcoming paper that the garbage needs to be put out on Monday if you are there. Not calling the morning of to have us tke out the garbage that had already been picked up. Also if there is recycling we should be aware. We were also told that we were in an area where there were million dollar houses that maybe true but defiantly not this house. needs lots of work There was also terrible lighting. Also tell about the over 30 steps to get to the bedrooms. it would be very helpful. so no i would never rent this again nor tell anyone else to rent this.

Summary: Booking was easy enough. We were just thankful to be able to have time together. Some things could be updated, but we were able to make it work and have a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with family.

Summary: Like the property, just wished there was railings around the back deck, as we had small children. Plenty of room, we had 9 people and invited a few over for a cookout.

Summary: Very good location to beaches, boats, dining, parks - esp with kids, and size good for larger family/friends. Property still in process of improvements - front entry way steps removed and need to walk over stones and sharp edged front threshold. Empty large hot tub in home smells of mildew/must in some rooms.
