Positive: Location and facilities were great. Bed was very comfortable and tv was great.

Negative: Bathroom baths and sinks and shower (mould present) and toilet floors were not cleaned to a good standard. Basically other than floors we maintained kitchen, and even put rubbish outside, I would have thought that inside bin maintenance should be part of cleaning. Outdoor area was not swept or maintained. I saw a red back spider web on fence at my granddaughter’s level, she is 18months old
