Positive: Remote cottage right by the sea. Beautiful location.
Negative: Despite Covid being with us for 15 months, once we paid the money we got a message back to say that because of the extra cleaning due to Covid, we could not enter the property until after 16.00hrs and that we had to vacate it by 09.00hrs. Had this been in the Booking.com information when booking, we would not have taken the property. They knew at the time of booking that they were doing extra cleaning as they had been doing it for 15 months so why wait until the payment cleared before telling us this?
