Positive: Location was ok but the security gate would not accept the code so it was difficult to enter the property.
Negative: Could have used more towels and a few more dishes would have been nice.
Summary: Nice new property in a nice neighborhood.

Positive: It was in a new neighborhood. It was very nice everything seem brand new for the most part. I would say a few small things was broken or loose like one of the dining chairs had a loose leg on it and also in the bathroom the toilet paper holder was not screwed in all the way but other than that the house was great me and my coworkers had a great time. The owner of the property was OK .
Negative: The only thing I did not like about this stay was the price I paid 400 and something for one day. I also didn’t like the owner texting me that we was being too loud when literally we was not and the way the house set up. It’s really no neighbors, but he kept saying the neighbors was complaining.

Positive: The property was built in 2023 so in general everything was nearly new. The location was 10-15 minutes from general shopping areas. It is in a gated community, so we felt very safe there. The layout worked very well with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and a toaster. There were large smart TV's in the living room and all 4 bedrooms. There was also a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry. The garage was available as well if you wanted to park a car or two in the garage. There were pots and pans so you could cook meals and not have to eat out for every meal.
Negative: I wish it had more dishes/silverware, better pillows and a larger dining room table.
Summary: Overall a very nice place to stay

Negative: There was not one complaint. Everything was easy and secure made our stay perfect.
