Welcome to Leila's Lakehouse! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home boasts breathtaking views & a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. W/room to sleep 12 guests, it's perfect for large gatherings. Enjoy the tranquility of the lakefront & cozy evenings around the firepit. Just a short drive away, you'll find both the charming village of Lexington & the bustling city of Port Huron, offering endless opportunities for exploration adv&enture. Don't miss out on this idyllic retreat!

You will need a car to explore the villages of Lexington and Port Sanilac!

The sandy area is at seawall height for lounging in the sun, with a ladder/steps leading down to the water. The water is shallow at the bottom of the steps.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Summary: Everyone enjoyed their stay. Water beach works with everyone and even the 5 year old. Steps a bit much for the old folks . Vistas and sunset and sunrise are spectacular. Lots of amenities on site.

Summary: I had my daughters 18th birthday, friend celebration party here. It was stunning views and the girls loved they could take their Instagram pics here. The kitchen and main bath were newly remodeled and are very pretty. The kitchen had every tool we needed. We had ample towels (always an issue for me when i stay places) and they were actually usable and not paper thin! Jessie was great and always available if we had questions. I also liked the property was tucked away, in a quiet neighborhood on the water, yet only 15 minutes from Target, Walmart and an urgent care.
