Summary: We loved this house for our stay in Inverness! It was just as listed and the manager was so quick to answer any questions I had about the property.

Summary: The pool was freezing cold even for the hot end of July. Even the men and kids, who usually never mind cold water, thought it was too cold. I did contact the owner who did turn it up. But even then, the water was too cold and I'm pretty sure it got turned back down. The pool deck area was extremely dirty. All along the walls there was a huge build-up of dirt and weeds were growing out of the deck. The front screen door didn't close correctly, which would be a very easy repair, not sure why it wasn't done. Could use curtains in the master bedroom over the windows as there were none, so there was no bedroom privacy. Lots of scraps and gangs on the walls from previous use. Paint all over things like the towel bars from extremely poor paint job(s). The master bed was like a rock and made it very hard to sleep. I've stayed at worse, but I felt the house was highly overpriced for what it was. I personally will not book again.

Summary: Check in was easy. Pamela was quick to respond to our questions. The property was clean and inviting, and accommodated all 10 of us. Just a recommendation to add more dish ware and glasses. Would definitely return.

Summary: We had a multi-generational family trip and the house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for visiting and parking!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay very much! Much more reasonable for 10 people than a hotel. Some adults had dietary restrictions so the fully equipped kitchen was great. The pool was clean and fun. Nice gas BBQ grill came in handy.

Summary: We stayed at the house to go to my son's wedding. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was large enough for some of the wedding food prep. It was a little too cold to swim but the pool is really nice. Thanks for letting us stay!

Summary: Great place to stay. Really appreciated all the extras items we didn’t have to think about. We had everything we needed. The heated pool was fantastic after a long day. Perfect for our Visit. Prompt communication with the owner.

Summary: Property is very nice, Family friendly and nice location. Just one thing to take away from the house; pool area has 2 camera recordings all you do on that area, I didn't like to have my daughter and my wife being recorded in bathing suits. I understand the camera on the front door, but not on pool area.

Summary: Myself and the family had a great time in the home. We were in town to visit other family and invited them over and spent most of the time in the pool area. Pamela from the beginning was amazing. Contacted me before our trip with information and asked to contact once we were inside the home to ensure we got in fine. Was even awesome enough to make some special accommodations that helped us out greatly. We were in town during July 4th so Pamela helped out on some additional information for the Inverness fireworks show. The house was in good shape and had plenty enough room for us 4 adults and 2 kids. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and mostly quiet. Right near a golf course that looked relatively flat and open. Overall great time and experience and would stay again.

Summary: Here is what we really liked: * The house was comfortable and the family (6 adults ages 25-60 plus 2 children (ages 6 & 7) had a good time. * The pool was fabulous.. many of my family loved this aspect. Most of the time we swam at night, because we were busy during the day. Bonus for us was the children went to sleep fast. :) * Beach towels in the basket by the backdoor leading to the pool was a nice touch and very helpful. * Outdoor and pool lighting is an added bonus to creating a relaxing ambiance. * Outdoor cushions were beautiful and comfortable. * Having a laundry room and laundry detergent was a very helpful. Pamela is a wonderful host. I appreciated her quick and informative responses.
