Summary: This house is perfect! We had so much fun staying there! So roomy, and relaxing! Definitely recommend! Home owners are wonderful and so easy to get in touch with! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Summary: This was a great place for our family for the weekend as we had a wedding to attend to. We loved the fact that we could all stay in one house and have our own rooms. We had a few questions early on, but everything was answered in a timely manner.

Summary: Beautiful house with lots of space for a large group. Very nice great/game room with plenty of room to spread out. Large backyard (convenient for dogs) with fire pit. Great location, quick drive into the Village as well as Bolton Landing. Up North (convenient/deli) located next door made it so easy to get anything we forgot or breakfast and lunch. A few small things broken like blinds and front porch rocking chair but normal things expected for a rental. Overall we had a great experience here and would most definitely stay here again. .

Summary: We have stayed at the same house several years ago, the house has not been kept up - we arrived to a dirty house, the floors were not clean, the bed sheets stained, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, couches falling apart there were even mice! After reaching out to the owner, he was rude and basically said not to text at a certain time and that the mice are basically there because of a "field" behind the house - so he knew of this issue - if we had known, we would have never booked! He also never followed up during our visit - very very unprofessional. We paid for a cleaning fee - this is unacceptable, we expect some type of refund.

Summary: Overall we had a great time with 10 of us. We had plenty of room to gather and have our own space. Some issues came up concerning the cleaning and internet services but management was responsive. Great location and next store is a deli!

Summary: Had our Christmas in NY festivities with in-laws/family ranging from 3 yr. old to 85 yr. old and all had a great time. The layout is open/clean and the family room consisting of large windows/huge bar/foosball/big screen tv/reclining couch certainly kept our interest. (4) good size bedrooms and 3 baths along with a large kitchen/porch/dining area. Owner was very accommodating and responsive Highly recommend

Summary: Loved the location for what we had planned for up in Lake George. House was large, clean and held our group well. Great spot outside to sit but we had a bit of rain and could not take full advantage of the outside property.
