Summary: The property is a nice house.. HOWEVER, it’s located in the hood.. Upon arriving we walked into a stairs full of trash and a sticky floor. We thought that we would have access to the garage,but no.. The stove did not work. There is no washer or dryer . The sink was stopped up and garbage disposal did not work. The rugs in all 3 bathrooms need to changed. The yard had trash in it. There was a iron ,but no ironing board. They only supply 6 towels and we stayed a total of 4 nights. with 7 people staying…. They only have thin duvet covers on beds. 2 of the rooms had nowhere to put your things . So you had to live out of a suitcase. The house is nice , but the uo keeping is poor…

Summary: I have to say this house made our stay in LA the best. :) it’s perfect for Family, 1 bedroom downstairs , & 3 spacious rooms upstairs . The bathrooms are really nice so is the kitchen, family room and backyard. Also check in was Smooth and very Clear we had NO ISSUES!! :) would highly recommend others to book this listing. The private gate parking just gives it a plus ! Will book again

Summary: I booked a night’s stay at the 4 bedroom unit that is frequented by many guests. First time Vrbo users, make sure you take pictures of the unit to ensure you won’t be charged for someone else’s damage. The flooring in the dining room and kitchen is not seamless posing the trip hazard. I tripped on a wood flooring transition that adjoined the kitchen/dining room area and the transition came out of place. The piece was pushed into place for it to come off with ease… Beware of cheap flooring as it is more susceptible to wear over time. Before booking, the rental had back to back dates as well which doesn’t constitute to a disconnected wood transition in one night. I personally won’t be using Vrbo after this stay but had a good time despite the fuss.

Summary: We got in around 9 pm. The smoke detector was beeping loudly every minute. Loudly like we wouldn't be able to sleep. Messaged the owner/ manager and she said to just take the battery out. There already wasn't a battery there. I told her that and no response. We ended up going out into the not great neighborhood late and finding a battery at a gas station. There were 7 of us and only 4 towels in the house. She said she'd bring some the next day. Never did. The house is nice and the parking is good.

Summary: This home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! We appreciated the gated parking and the plenty of towels provided. Neighbors were vary courteous, beds were very comfortable, and showers were very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thank you!
