Summary: The check-in process was smooth and Isaac was great...The property needs to be upgraded, they are in need of new dishes, new towels, new chairs ( they are very unstable) and AC filters need to be changed other than that no problems.

Summary: The house was spectacular! The host left a gift which was VERY much appreciated, and made us feel appreciated as guests. The pool is beautiful and was used for cold plunges after a night of enjoying the Vegas night-lifeThere are games, books, and cable for entertainment. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and/or separate as they chose.The kitchen was well stocked, which was GREATLY appreciated!The host was quick to respond, provided easy access instructions to the home, and friendly.We will stay here again!!!

Summary: I should have paid closer attention to past reviews of this property not being clean. In addition the host though responsive was curt. I received an email from vrbo a couple of days before our arrival with "access information" and when I reached out to the host I was told I would receive day of. The day of I was traveling from FL to NV and would be on a flight that lasted almost 6 hours and I would be unable to communicate to my other guests what the access key was. I reached out frantically from the airport and after the host being unresponsive I reached out to vrbo suppiort and miracously we got the code as I boarded the plane. Had I not, my guests would have had to wait 6 additional hours to the already two hour past check in time. We experienced gum [this told by their housekeeper] in the sheets, dirty rugs in the bathroom along with over 2 year old expired food in the pantries, not enough toiletries for 5 days stay with 7 people to mention a few of the issues. My delay in reviewing is because in addition to communicating some of these issues to the host during my stay is because I wanted to offer the host an opportunity to make this right. Some accountability and an apology would have been great but my concerns were dismissed and excused. It is clear the owner has not been at this property for some time and simply been through some wear and tear that has been unattended to and just needs a good clean a fresh coat of paint, fix the fixtures on broken and soiled furniture.

Summary: The property was perfect for our trip. Centrally located near shops, stores, and the strip. It was 42 degrees here and the pool was a lifesaver. Issac was great for communicating. We had a great 6 day stay and would definitely come back

Summary: I’ve read reviews regarding this home. Unfortunately not everyone takes care of another home as they own. You’re coming to a home to feel comfortable. We definitely had a good time. It’s a cute home with a nice pool. Our family had a good time in the pool. We were able to check in a couple hours early. Very much appreciated. Summary: 6 beds made it perfect for everyone to have a bed and their own space, nice covered patio for outdoor relaxation, it’s just off flamingo and I 515 so it was very easy to get to Fremont street the strip and most importantly the airport, it’s close to restaurants gas stations and grocery stores, the host answered questions in a timely manner, I felt safe in the neighborhood when I went for a walk, I would definitely rent again and plan to recommend it to others

Summary: Our 3-day rental was seamless from start to finish. The house was as stated in the booking. The beds were so comfortable and all of the other amenities were clean and totally usable. We enjoyed the pool and the quick responsiveness of the owner. If you are looking for a reasonable rental just a short distance from the strip but close to Walmart and other shops and restaurants, and just off of a highway for easy access, this place you will find convenient. Besides updating a few pieces of furniture and having access to a barbeque grill, I would rate our stay a 9/10. We would definitely consider staying here again.
