Summary: Property description is spot on. Lovely property and pool was excellent. Superb views from the villa, which is conveniently located for local sightseeing, shops, beaches etc.

Summary: Villa and location fabulous, pool walls could be cleaner, had a visit from a snake and a mouse which frightened the ladies, on arrival an unexpected charge for linen and towels which had to be paid in cash, contacted the owner to be told it was clearly stated in the ‘ Abritel’ website, BUT we booked through Virbo , besides we would have easily brought our own linen as we travelled by car to avoid that huge cost. Virbo’s website information clearly stated that linen and towels were included in the overall cost.

Summary: Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful area with lovely views. The house is well laid out and lots of separate relaxing areas so you never feel on top of one another. One bedroom has a separate entrance which might not suit families with small children. Overall a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend!

Summary: Me, my wife and our two children have really enjoyed the time in this luxurious villa. The view is absolute stunning, the house is clean and cosy, well equipped and the surrounding including the pool is well maintained. Our children loved to play in the pool and while it was not important for us, for smaller children it is a big advantage, that you can fully close the pool. The small street around the house is no problem. You can neither see it nor hear it because there is almost no traffic. The house is one of the last houses in the street. From the house it is just a 10 minutes drive to the beach of le Lavando. The owner was very responsive and supportive and on site we were welcomed and supported by a lovely friend of her living close by the house. Bormes les Mimosas and the entire area is quite beautiful and there are plenty of things to do. It was an absolutely lovely holiday and we can highly recommend to stay there.

Summary: This property is absolutley stunning. The property is maintained to an incredibly high standard, kitchen very well equipped, all bedrooms have air conditioning. Swimming pool is fantastic. We travelled with young children and the villa was very safe and well designed for families with children. We have been coming to Bormes for over 20 years and this is easily one of the best we have ever stayed in. The views are breath taking. We will be booking again for next year. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

Summary: The house is positioned almost at the top of a fairly long and steep winding road of similar villa-type housing and has a magnificent view. A couple of minutes further up the road you are immediately in an enormous wooded/scrubland area with plenty of paths to explore. There is also a route to Bormes les Mimosas which makes for a wonderful early morning walk, also with spectacular views, to buy bread for breakfast and enjoy Bormes before all the tourists arrive - especially on market day - about 20 minutes each way. The house is well designed with plenty of space to relax, cook and eat. The kitchen is very easy to cook in and is well kitted out. At the bottom of the steep road there is a very nice and simple non-touristy bar, also a butcher, baker and small supermarket. We had bicycles with us and used them to cycle to the beaches - it takes about 1hr to get to the more remote beaches, but it is worth it. You are almost on your own in June! There is also lots of parking if you prefer to go in the car.

Summary: This is an really excellent holiday house, situated on a hill very close to Bormes-les-Minosas. The standard of accomodation is superb, and the house wonderfully clean and up to date. There are 5/6 bedrooms. A double bedroom (en suite bathroom) and twin bedroom and shower in the main house. One double bedroom and bathroom attached to the main house but with exterior access. A further double bedroom, bathroom and single bedroom in a seperate small house in the garden above the main house. There's Air Conditioning and an external gas BBQ. The nearest boulongerie is down the hill in Bormes-les-Pin - a great run or walk in the morning. Children friendly beaches are 10-15 minutes away at Cabasson or Estagnol.
