Positive: Location was great to the train station. The hosts thought of everything we would need at the apartment including cooking and eating items in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to get the keys.
Negative: The only issue I had was the internet kept cutting off and on. I sent a note on WhatsApp (we communicated on this app before the trip and I said this would be the way we could communicate as we are from America). She never responded to my IM on WhatsApp when I asked her how to fix the I ferner or if it was a known issue. I would have expected a response.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the coffee maker was great. The apartment is also ideally located between the lifts for Gemstck and Andrmatt. We really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: Unfortunately the entryway to the apartment is located next to the smoking area of the Spycher Restaurant (,which, by the way, is a great place for a drink and a pizza after a day's skiing). A minor complaint, from two non-smokers.
