Things to Know
Guests have access to the shared hot tub right outside vacation villas condo ‘C’ (this is the next building over). It is recommended to drive over to the complex although it is less than .5 miles apart. The hot tub is only open during the summer months. Guests may also enjoy free access to the wave pool. This is located behind the Chula Vista complex. This includes a spa pool, water slides, a common hot tub, a kids pool, and pools. It is also recommended to drive to the main entrance of the Chula Vista hotel where there is free parking.
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers. You can however purchase online Chula Vista, Kalahari and Mt.Olympus {three major indoor waterparks} wristbands (best to purchase online by going to their websites) for approximately $35.00 to $50.00 per wristband. Condos are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water park passes. It is suggested that you purchase water passes online ahead of your stay, this will ensure that passes are available to you (as there may be limited supplies on water passes for each individual waterpark).

Summary: Great room and price. We knew water park tickets were not included, however, other inaccurate information in the rental listing. Short drive to water park. Difficult to find rental. Address takes you to the resort not the building/villa with the condo.

Summary: We stayed here for a VB tournament at the dome. It was super nice and close. It was great to have a kitchen to cook up after those late games as well. It was quiet and safe. The only thing I would comment on would be the beds down stairs. One of them at least was pretty worn and noisy (esp if you move too much). Otherwise great stay and I would book it again.

Summary: A little hard to find the room/building but once we did we had a nice stay! Looks as pictured and furniture was comfortable. We didn’t realize it was on the fourth floor but luckily there was a cart and elevators. Only things stopping a 5 star is the lack of amenities that are typically found in place like this. For instance there was no hand or body soap whatsoever. There was no shampoo or conditioner either which is more understandable but no hand soap was a bit frustrating. Coffee pot but no coffee or tea or anything (again not necessary but nice to have) and not much for extra blankets. Other then that the stay was great and getting in and out was super easy.

Summary: My family of four enjoyed our stay at this location. The amenities such as the fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee machine were utilized by all of us. There is also an ice machine located pretty close down the hall, but not too close that we ever heard anyone else use it. The skylight and high ceilings made the room seem spacious. The extra TV in the loft area was nice for our children to watch something different than us after our day(s) of adventure. The parking was sufficient, we were almost always able to park reasonably close. The location is very near to one of the local water parks. The driving time to most of the local attractions was reasonable.

Summary: Nice unit very spacious and was clean. Location was farther out of town than I had thought. Really nice that it was pet friendly. The overall property seemed to be making repairs. Would have liked more information about the general property and hours of the pools we could use. The staff at the resort seemed to be nice. Nice to have a Starbucks in main hotel. Water park was nice with no lines. It was expensive for a day pass would have been nice to get a discounted rate. Overall it was a nice stay and would book again! Thank you
