Positive: Location is nice, you can find some places to eat nearby. Parking on territory, easy check in and checkout process.
Negative: The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar. I found several hairs on the towels, and a couple more in the bed itself. Upon turning on the air conditioning on the second floor, there was an immediate and strong smell of cigarette smoke—very uncomfortable for a non-smoker. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens showed noticeable pilling. The bedspread clearly needs dry cleaning, as various stains were visible even in dim lighting. Another significant issue is the lack of sound insulation. When another guest arrived in the morning, the noise was extremely disruptive—the walls seem paper-thin. I will not be returning.

Positive: It's a beautiful location. A lovely long bed
Negative: The stairs creak quite a bit, and you can clearly hear the stairs in the next room. It would be helpful to have light strips on the stairs so you know where you're going in the dark. The lamps in the apartment only had bright white light. It would be nice to have some warm light as well. One bedside table was also missing. It was clear that this room was new and not quite finished yet. The green towels still looked new and didn't dry properly. Our toilet leaked and kept running. We turned off the tap to avoid it. The cutlery was of poor quality and incomplete, certainly not enough. There was no fire extinguisher and no signage for the emergency exit.
Summary: Not as expected
