Summary: The house was wonderful! All updated yet still with so much beautiful character from the original house. Lots of space to spread out and relax. The yard and hot tub are a great space. Lots of amenities- shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper…. And lots of kitchen gadgets and things. Walking distance to capitol, Temple Square and the mall! Madelyn handled a couple of minor issues in a timely and professional manner. Which was so much appreciated. I would highly recommend this house if you are visiting Salt Lake City!

Summary: Everything about this place was awesome. The beds were super comfortable the linen was nice. The house was amazing. Loved the renovations but still kept its historic charm. Proximity was super nice to all the downtown restaurants

Summary: This house was amazing! So much history and tastefully remodeled so they left the important old features of the home. So much space and storage. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more! We were pleasantly surprised with how stocked it was honestly. A large group of us flew into town for a Scentsy Convention and this house could not be more perfect for an event at the Convention Center! We even walked one day. It was also an easy drive or Uber. The yard was also beautiful! This is the best VRBO we ever stayed in!

Summary: This is an incredible property in an amazing location, walking distance to Temple Square and the Capitol building. Great host with good communication. One issue while we were there which Madelyn resolved and made sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for more. Would be happy to stay here again.
