Peace and tranquility! Brand new in-ground heated pool and hot tub just completed. Built in 2017 and located in Louisa, Virginia on 5.5 acres of land on the public side of Lake Anna. Total privacy! Jaw dropping views from nearly every room. Play ground area. This property boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps 14 (please no groups over 16 people), gourmet kitchen, pool table, wet bar, fire pit with patio overlooking the boathouse, bonfire pit, beach volleyball court, basketball half-court, and 500 Ft of usable waterfront. The boathouse has a wonderful sitting area, both covered and open, with a swim platform, 2 ladders descend into the lake for the perfect day on the lake. The walkway down to the boathouse is poured concrete with scattered steps and easily accessible to most. Great lake views from almost every room. Large deck/screened porch with dining area off the back of the house overlooking an amazing lake view. Please limit your group to only 16 people.
The house is conveniently located approximately 15 min away by car from the Dickenson Store, Food Lion, and Tim's at Lake Anna Seafood Restaurant & Crab House. By boat, Tim's is 5 mins away.
We have cleats on the dock for boats or jet skies and 4 kayaks with paddles and vests available for guests to use.

Summary: The property has a mind blowing location, very peaceful and serene! The property itself is very well kept, has everything that you would need in a lake vacation and the property manager Susan was very kind and extremely responsive. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball, basket ball, Pool table, air hockey, Kayak, huge TV, outdoor space. Minor feedback - the water flow in the ground floor sink needs to be improved, it will be great if you can provide extra trash bags, dish washer pods, cleaning supplies, extra toilet rolls, etc.

Summary: Every year me a group of NOVA moms go to lake Anna for a weekend away. This was our first time at this property and it is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. We loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, spacious living areas, etc. I loved cozying up on the couch in the mornings (it was so comfy) or sitting on the back deck. There were so many options for things to do. The rooms were set up great for lots of people and most got their own bed or shared a larger bed. We just wish we spent more time there and didn’t leave! One night we played in the heated pool and had dinner prepared by a local chef through Out of the box catering, definitely recommend, it was such a treat.

Summary: Lake front. Most things included like linens, toys, kayaks, etc. Good location and quiet area. Only gripe was the AC upstairs has issues occasionally on hot days and requires a tech to come out to resolve it. And the outdoor areas like porches, doors are not cleaned regularly nor is the dock. Everything else inside the house was good just needs a deep clean occasionally.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful week. The big open space of the living area gave us plenty of room to spend time together. The beds were all very comfortable, We could fit all 15 at the table for meals which isn't often found in rentals. The dock had plenty of space and comfortable furniture for us all to hang out there each day. The pool was enjoyable but the temp could be turned down a bit. With so much outdoor space, there was never a time when we wondered what to do next. We left the house only once for a trip to Tim's for ice cream. Truly, the pictures just don't do it justice. It's perfect and we would not hesitate to reserve this house again!
