Vincentia offers a community minded village which is centred between the popular township of Huskisson and the amazing Hyams Beach.
Launch your jet ski or boat just meters from your doorstep at the natural boat ramp. Head onto the waters to do some fishing, diving or explore the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.
Jump onto one of the boat tours and see our resident bottle nosed dolphins playing or head out to see the migrating whales. Boating not your thing??
Take a walk or grab your bike and head on over to the Huskisson where you can do some shopping, grab a coffe, or pop into one of the breweries, the famous Husky Pub, or one the Clubs. With an old school movie theatre; barefoot bowls and a putt-putt golf course you will find something for everyone.
Grab a coffee and stroll down to the beach and watch the sunrise up over the pristine waters of Jervis Bay, just steps away from the front door.

Boasting a private inground swimming pool, ample parking, secure backyard and located between the stunning Orion and Collingwood Beaches at Vincentia, this brick residence offers five large bedrooms, the main is with a contemporary and light-filled ensuite and walk-in robe for added comfort. The open plan living in the kitchen, lounge, and dining areas affords you plenty of space for the crew, and the living areas are complemented with views of the beach all year round! The main bathroom is stunning and contemporary and offers a full-sized bath to relax in or to wash the kiddies in after a day at the beach.
The property also features an undercover entertaining area at the rear with a pleasant layout offering great views to Jervis Bay as an added bonus. When you are finished at the beach, you can enjoy the inground pool and BBQ area.
This area features a seperate pool house which has been set up with a Queen size bed, bathroom and lounge area with a smart TV. To request access to the pool house please confirm when making your bookng. An additional fee will apply.
NB: The pool house is set up as a seperate Air BNB, however will not be booked at the same time as the main house.

Summary: Location to die for - quiet, birds, sea. Only negative - cutlery, crockery, drawers& cupboards need a good clean.

Summary: Over all we had a great stay. We were a group of 11 a dog and there was plenty of space for us all. Close to the water for swimming and fishing which was great. The few cons / constructive criticism that I could find amongst the mostly good points are as follows: BBQ didn't work properly. It wasn't a gas bottle issue, but the flames were so small it just wouldn't heat up enough to cook on. After about 20 mins of pre heating it still wasn't hot enough to even cook onions on. Once we managed to cook our snags and steaks in the fry pans inside, there wasn't enough forks for us to eat with as there was only 7 forks for 11 people. Easily fixable but was quite annoying at the time. Lastly the pool was pristine when we arrived, and the kids loved it, but it was super cloudy to the point we couldn't see the bottom when we left 3 days later. Perhaps the chlorinator isn't working properly? Overall it was a great place to stay, just needs those few things looked at to make it even better.

Summary: Carol was a delight to deal with! The property was a perfect size for the amount of people. The location of the property is absolutely perfect and walking distance to the beach . Kids absolutely loved it

Summary: We had a lot of fun! Unfortunately we were pretty much housebound for the weekend due to the horrible weather, but it was the perfect house to be stuck in! Nice, modern, spacious house with beautiful pool and bbq area, and spacious living room with huge couch area, perfect for a family to lounge around in. Close drive to shops. We absolutely LOVED the coffee machine, which they provided PODS for. We were actually very grateful for that. Would definitely go again (hopefully with better weather)

Summary: Needs general maintenance bricks broken at front,cobwebs on front window pool wasn’t clean as pool cleaner wasn’t working screen door off tracks in studio (although we didn’t require it’s use )tiles loose and broken around pool ,veranda area hadn’t been swept. My point is none of this would be expensive to fix so general lack of maintenance

Summary: We had a fantastic long weekend with the whole family - ranging from 6-80. The pool was used by young and old, despite the low temperature of the water. There was plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciated the number of chairs and the large indoor and outdoor tables. The BBQ is excellent and was used on two of the nights, while the short distance to the Vincentia shops was a boon on the night we wanted to buy chips! The house is even closer to the beach than it looks, allowing for beach walks, swims and rock fishing, so everyone was catered for. The grandchildren have already put in a request to stay here again. I think it will be granted.
