WE ONLY RENT IN THE MONTH OF JULY!
This is a WEEKLY RENTAL! (Saturday noon to Saturday 10am each week).
Located just 4 houses from a private beach, this 5 bedroom 1 bath cottage makes for the ideal summer vacation. Enjoy coffee in the morning or drinks in the afternoon as you relax on your enclosed porch with views of the Long Island Sound. Situated on 100x100 ft property guests have available to them a full kitchen (gas stove) complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans; full bath; living room (with full size sleeper) dining room (table expands to hold 12), enclosed porch with seating for everyone. Gas grill, picnic table with umbrella, outdoor shower (cold water only), basketball hoop, large side yard to play and relax, TV, Cable, Wi-Fi, phone; and access to Association's boat launch are included in rental. You are responsible to provide linens, towels, toiletries, bedding and pillows, paper products, condiments, beach chairs and beach umbrellas and the like.
Check in 1:00 pm Saturday, Check out 10:00 am Saturday.
We only rent to responsible adults and families. Great for two families to share!
PLEASE NOTE: No parties, please. No tents, camping, motor-homes, fire pits, or chimeneas. Pets are not permitted. NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE. Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Special rates available for monthly rent.

Summary: Our families had a perfect week. The beach is perfect for small children at low tide and the house is close to all the stores and shops of Old Saybrook, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Summary: My family has been renting this home with my sister's family for many years. There's plenty of space for our crowd of nine people, we love it! It's nicely appointed and has a very casual and comfortable feeling, and is very well taken care of by the family - always spotless when we arrive! It's in a great private community where there's little traffic and kids can safely walk, bike or scooter up and down the roads. Just a short walk to the beach, but we also love the grassy backyard with its picnic table and grill. I would most definitely recommend this property rental to anyone.

Summary: The pictures tell it all!! This immaculate house is a wonderful place to enjoy a beach vacation. Everything you want is right here for you. There is plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing and playing in the sand or grass. We have been staying here for more than ten years and plan to come for many more years.

Summary: I have been renting this house for years with our family! The house is roomy, clean and steps from the beach. The beautiful sun porch has views of the water on a quiet private road, while the kids can ride their bikes and we can relax! The owner is very professional and cares a great deal about the home and it shows! If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is it. I would surely recommend to my family and friends.
