Built in late 2020, this home offers the balance of comfort, style, and amenities you're looking for in your stay on St. Simons Island. Our rocking chair front porches offer a quiet spot for morning coffee, and our large swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day on East Beach. East Beach's 6th Street beach access is about 500 feet away, the Coast Guard access is just 6 blocks away with plenty of parking.

THE SPACE
The 5 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom layout is:
- Primary suite upstairs with access to the upper balcony, king bed, ensuite bath, soaking tub, separate shower, private water/toilet closet, enormous walk-in closet, Samsung Smart TV 55" and Sonos sound bar.
- Guest bedroom (1) on main level, queen bed and ensuite bath with shower, Samsung Smart TV 43".
- Powder room on main level in hall.
- Guest bedroom (2) upstairs overlooking the pool, cathedral ceiling, queen bed.
- Two full bathrooms (in addition to the primary suite) upstairs with combo tub/shower.
- Guest bedroom (3) upstairs access to the upper balcony, queen bed, Samsung Smart TV 32".
- Guest bedroom (4) upstairs bunk room, 2 twin built-in bunk beds (sleeps 4) plus pit style sofa can sleep 2-4, Samsung Smart TV 75" with Sonos ARC sound bar, and Air Hockey game.

Guests will have access to the garage. There is enough parking for up to 4-cars. No street parking or parking on the grass. Owner has provided 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart. We cannot warranty condition of beach items.

The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

Summary: We spent the week of the 4th at this house...two families with older teen kids. There was plenty of space to move around and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for making meals and eating in. The pool was awesome...gets great sun and the perfect amount of shade! Loved the huge screened porch with ceiling fans to keep the air flowing. The bunk room with its own lounging area is perfect for teens! Also loved having access to the garage so we could keep all of our beach gear organized. East Beach location is perfect...we rented golf carts and made the drive to the 6th Street Beach entrance for easy beach access. Would love to go back to this house and definitely recommend!

Summary: We loved everything about this property! It was exactly as advertised - beautiful, clean and well equipped. We were celebrating a special birthday and were greeted with a delightful birthday sign and flowers from the management company. We paid to have the pool heated which added to our enjoyment. We had a glitch with the coffee maker and the managment company replaced it right away. Highly recommend this house and this management company.

Summary: Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The accommodations and appliances were clean, stylish, modern and comfortable. The driveway was larger than expected, and the garage has GREAT pool and yard toys. The house is spacious, especially the king suite which has a HUGE walk-in closet. This property is not on the beachfront...a long walk...so make accommodations for elderly. A challenge ahead of time was understanding the layout of the house and preparing sleeping arrangements. The listing is written in a series of run-on sentences, making it hard to determine exactly where rooms and bathrooms are located. It would be an improvement to organize the layout description by floor and by room, using bullet points to keep the information clear. It would also be helpful to include numbers on the description of rooms and correspond them to numbers on the photos of the rooms & bathrooms. Overall, we would highly recommend this house to a family looking for a relaxing vacation on St Simons."
