Summary: The house was huge, clean, and had lots of fun amenities. Kitchen was well stocked, movie room was amazing & deck and outdoor area could be great for games/bbq. Walk to the river was a neat feature. It is right off a highway, and the street noise might be an issue if the windows were open on that side of the house. The items we had issue with were that 2 of the bedrooms had no air conditioning & in august, made them unbearable to be in. A mini split could fix the problem. 3 of the bedrooms and upstairs bathroom had only sheers on the windows, which left us feeling no sense of privacy, and also let the heat pour in throughout the day. One of the bedrooms had no window treatments at all. No one wants to be awakened by the sunrise every morning on vacation. This should be an easy fix. Has the potential to be a great family get-away.

Summary: The host is very responsive and helped us have a great stay! This was our second time staying and we are planning on booking for next year too. The house is a great size and layout for our large group. Only downfall is there is no ac.

Summary: We had an amazing time at the property! There’s so much that the waupaca area offers. Being right on the river was a huge plus for us. We brought kayaks and paddle boards. Took many trips down the river. Also did alot of fishing. Cabin is big enough to host our large family. The hot tub was also a huge hit!

Summary: We were 2 families of consisting of 10 people with kids ranging between 8 and 18 who stayed here for four nights. There was tons of space for all of us to not feel crowded at all, the movie room was great and the basement with the foosball table was used a lot as was the hot tub and huge deck outside. The yard is really big and there was a nice path down to the river where we used our paddle board. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and we loved the fire pit area with lots of comfortable seating. Overall a really fun house, it had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and great to communicate with.
