Summary: House is spacious I liked that it has 3 story’s gave us plenty of space and privacy, patios are large and well Equipped with patio furniture & barbecue grill. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, I appreciate all the gallons of purified water, plenty of wood to burn, nice short walk to the beach the property is gated and have security at all times I highly recommend this property close to puerto Nuevo had a great time there

Summary: House was perfect for a large group. We had 8 adults, two kids age 8 and an infant. Everyone fit perfectly. The house manager Rick was so helpful, he’s very close by and if you just send him a text he replies right away. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The beach is very close by, kids played in the water. Very rocky beach so bring water shoes. The patio has a fire pit and the fireplace works great. Very safe neighborhood, I would definitely recommend this house for a family and friends get together.

Summary: This was a wonderful location I was very pleased with everything, upon arrival the house keepers had just finished cleaning up everything was spotless. Wonderful views to the beach. This house was very accommodating for our Children and adults. Very pleasant neighborhood. Locals in the community very friendly. Security was very nice and walked around making sure everything was ok. Rick the property manager was nice and helpful at local suggestions. The home was a perfect location since we had planned to visit Ensenada which was only a 40 min commute and 20 min commute to Downtown Rosarito where all the fun is at. We were less than 5 mins from Sand Dunes.

Summary: The house is very nice and very big. We had a great time. The kids loved all of the activities (pool, Foosball, ping pong, darts, etc). The property manager was great and very responsive. The community is very secure and everyone is very friendly. I felt comfortable letting my kids play at the park that is just a little down the street from the house. The private beach was great. It takes a little bit of climbing to get down to it, but it was beautiful. I suggest taking water shoes for the rocks, I wish we had taken some. The house is just like 10 minutes away from Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Town). It is about 40 minutes away from Ensenada (which is a BEAUTIFUL drive) Overall, everything was great.
