Enjoy the full first floor area in our comfortable living room with a 65” smart tv, full kitchen, and dining room. Second floor has three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Basement has an entertainment center for games (not provided) with second full bathroom.
Washer/dryer (detergent not provided), WiFi, Smart TV, central heating + air conditioning. We will provide linens, towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. Guest will have access to entire house with the exception of basement closets.

✖ Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed. NO smoking on the balcony. Smoking in the house will incur a $600 fee for cleaners to remove the smell.
✖ No large events or parties at any time. There is a zero tolerance of large events or parties. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and you will be required to vacate the premises.
✖ Occupancy in the house is limited to only those included in the reservation. Any additional guest at any time on premises will result in a $50 charge per person, per day if not disclosed on reservation prior to Check-in.
✖ No Animals are allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed in the house. Emotional support animals are not allowed for short term rentals. Certified service/assistance animals are the only exception to the no pet policy; proof must be provided at the time of reservation. A $250 per day fine will be assessed for any violations.
✖ We do not offer electric car charging on the premises. Please do not run charging cords to the back patio or from the house. The nearest supercharging station is located at 2600 Penrose Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145. A $50 fee per day will be charged for non-compliance.
This home is equipped with Ring doorbell/security cameras in front and back of property along with a Minut sensor that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, occupancy, temperature and humidity) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. As we respect your privacy, we chose a device that is 100% privacy-safe. Minut is camera-free and doesn’t record any sounds, images or personal data, so you can rest assured that you’re not being watched and make yourself at home! Tampering of any equipment will incur a $250 fee and result in immediate termination of the reservation.
We require a signed rental agreement for stays >28 nights. Please send us your email address so we can email it to you. Guest will receive the check-in procedures (including unique entry key code) after final payment has been made and rental agreement has been signed within 24-48 hours of Check-in date. Failure of final payment and signed rental agreement will result in delay of check-in procedures and/or cancellation of reservation if not received prior to Check-in date/time.

❯ Free street parking is available in front of the house on non-stadium event days. Signs will be visible on street corners on days that permit is required to park on the street. Please adhere to permit parking only signs as we are not liable if your vehicle gets ticketed or towed.
❯ On game days/stadium events, there is free street parking on the north side of Oregon Ave. There is one dedicated parking spot in the back of the property that can fit up to a mid-sized vehicle under 190” in length, gate will need to be opened towards the house in order to park. Entry to house is only accessible through the front door with no back door entrance.
