Modern 5-br 3 full baths home on picturesque tranquil grounds. HUGE, brand new, top of the line chefs kitchen. Large formal living and dining. Fireplace. TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. Blazing Wifi mesh network. Loft has a sofa bed that sleeps 2 persons. Large outdoor shaded patio with a gas grill and ping-pong. Full laundry on same floor. Cedar cathedral ceilings. Room-darkening shutters throughout. Central air and heat. Whole house power back-up generator. Ample free driveway parking.
Please note that there's a private basement apartment in the downstairs level of the house. It is currently occupied by the owner's family. The Apartment has it's own separate entrance through the garage and doesn't interfere with the privacy and front door entrance of guests in the main house. Please do not book if you are looking for privacy on the full property.
A Krups fast-brewing coffee maker and an espresso machine with coffee and tea supplies to start your mornings with brew and aroma. Generous supply of sheets and towels and all other essentials to make your stay carefree and comfortable. A two-burner Kitchen Aid gas grill on the patio will add to your outdoor cooking enjoyment.
For your safety and comfort, the house is electronically wired with a 24/7 driveway Nest camera and smart carbon monoxide and smoke detection throughout. The temperature can be adjusted by Amazon's Alexa voice-enabled smart thermostat.
Space configuration:
1. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor (two queen, one full, and one twin). Three are near and share a spacious bathroom with a tub. The fourth bedroom with a single twin is by itself on the other end of the house, across from the living room, with its own full bath with a stand-in shower. That bedroom would be perfect for an aide or nanny.
2. The fifth bedroom is the master suite on the second floor with a queen bed. It has an attached bath with steam and sauna.
3. Dining and Living rooms are together under a high open cathedral ceiling. The dining table fits 10 chairs. 12 persons can be seated by replacing 4 chairs with 2 bench seats. The kitchen too has space for additional seating at the counter.
4. The sofa in the loft easily converts to a full bed to sleep 2 persons.
The main floor entrance access is easily accessible from the driveway with a ramp into the living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms.
Overall it's a spacious home with beautiful wooded views, fireplace and an open feeling. You'll love it!

Summary: The host generously supplied the home with all essentials. From the all-important TP to a selection of bath products, everything is ready for visitors. Bedrooms are as described. The area is very quiet, with little traffic. While the host does live on site, we were unaware or his presence. Easy access to the interstate highways makes the property suitable for day trips or exploring the area. Highly recommended.

Summary: Beautiful home!! A very accommodating host. State of the art conveniences. A kitchen generously stocked with condiments. A library with interesting books. Great movies. Very comfortable beds with beautiful linens. Walk up the hill at the back of the home. The views from the house are lovely. We loved every minute of our stay and Sanjay is a true gentleman.

Summary: My family, including extended, and I arrived from various parts of the U.S. to attend my eldest daughter's baby shower co-hosted at her parents-in-law's home, approximately 25 minutes away. She will be the first grandchild and great grandchild on both sides. Unfortunately, I was too busy cooking and putting the final touches on courses I had prepared earlier, to fully enjoy the breathtaking outdoors. Nevertheless, through the kitchen window and the deck, I was able to view the vibrant colors of the leaves in the forest behind the house. Sanjay can attest that I was up past 1:00 am cooking in the deluxe kitchen, the day of the shower! My younger daughter exclaimed the kitchen was almost as large as her studio apartment. This is a perfect place to relax, go hiking, biking, golf ( some of the guys did), etc., in a secluded area with friends and family but not too far from great bakeries, groceries and other stores.
