Another Gorgeously updated 512Retreat Downtown Austin getaway less than 2 mins from UT campus! Our Space was designed for group gatherings with 2 kitchens, full bar area in guest house, hot tub, & 3 full baths. We are 5 mins from 6th street! There are grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. We are also next to Hancock Golf course.
The main house:
3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms as well as 2 living rooms that each have pull out queen sleeper sofas.
Bed 1- 2 queen beds
Bed 2- 4 twin bunk beds
Bed 3- 2 full beds
Living room- 1 queen pull out sofa
Living room- 1 queen pull out sofa
The guest house: Studio style set up with 1 Queen size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom with standing shower and separate vanity. In the pictures it is the bar area with open shelves, brown leather couch, and tropical decor. Booking the guest house gives you and your guests access to the second back patio as well (where the tiki torches and 4 blue chairs are)!
Access: Guests have full access to main house and courtyard area. Back apartment and second back patio will be an additional $250 nightly.

-Outside Music must be turned down after 10:00 pm.
-All guests must be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Please do not block the driveway.
-Children must be supervised at all times.

-You must agree to be safe and responsible at all times for yourself & your children.
-Do not move furniture without prior permission.
-$100 fine for any guests not paid for/ declared in the initial reservation.

Summary: Stayed here with my group of friends for my birthday. It was an okay stay, how ever I would not come back or recommend. Since it was my birthday I was okay and willing to spend more than I usual do on a place to stay, and while staying here we had a few issues. There were animals living in the walls, causing most us to be unable to sleep. We could hear them crying and walking around at all hours. The shower had ant problems, causing us to request them to be sprayed while we were out of the house. And there was no flexibility in checking and checking out, which I have experienced and been able to at other properties, not really walkable to anything, and a couple of the TVs were unable to be connected to the network so we’re unable to be used. However, the communication was great. It allows a lot of beds for visitors and the hot tub was a great addition.

Summary: We thought everything went well, with the best part being how well-supplied the home was. Plenty of towels, blankets, and the kitchen cabinets were marked so you don’t have to peer into each one to find something specific. Home utilizes the indoor and outdoor space well, especially the nice walkway and outdoor table on the way to the guest room. Some blinds or curtains in the guest room could help. Nice front room table and sitting area.

Summary: 6 of us that were all in UT in the 70s got together for a weekend. Everyone had a comfortable bed, hot tub was a great visiting place and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked a d the entire place was clean Highly recommend this house to others.

Summary: Stayed here for a bachelor party and was plenty f space for us all. The back room and gathering area was spacious enough to host us comfortably. Relatively close to Downtown. Neighbors are close so have to be cognizant of your noise but great for a group of 6-10 people.
