Summary: Just finished a 3 day stay with 8 women to celebrate birthdays. What a fantastic stay!! We all had plenty of room. We had everything we needed in the house. So clean! The decorating was gorgeous, and very modern. We can not say enough about Barbara! Communication was outstanding she was so accommodating to adjust to all of our early flights and or late flights with check-in and check-out. The backyard is so nice to sit out in. Getting to activities downtown was about 12 minutes away. Easy to get to. We rented a car. There is a wonderful coffee shop 5 minutes drive from home. The neighborhood was cute and we felt safe. It's such an adorable place and would stay here again!!!

Summary: My group of seven friends stayed at the house for the COTA F1 race and it was the perfect location and size! We were 20 minutes away from the racetrack and even closer to downtown. The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host Barbara was extremely responsive and also left a list of great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. This is a great house for families or those traveling with a large group. The house is spacious, the backyard was equipped with corn hole and a grill, and the check in/out instructions were very clear and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This house was perfect for my birthday. Me, my husband and our family and friends stayed here. It was a total of 7 of us that stayed in the home comfortably! The primary room and showers were the best part. I will rent this place again simply for the shower and tub I loved it. Everything was nice spacious and clean! Large kitchen and outdoor area!

Summary: This house is a great space for a weekend getaway. Very well decorated with lots of amenities. Property manager easy to reach and great communication. This is Texas so the summer heat made the house a little warm in the middle of the day. Keep the ceiling fans going to help circulate the air. Had a great time!

Summary: We had 7 people in this spacious home. There are just a couple of things I would suggest. There was only one small frying pan and it was not in good shape. We could also have used more coffee cups and a box of tissues I don’t like to leave that here because it really was a terrific stay. The host was very responsive to a call I made to her. We attend this conference every year and we would definitely chose this home again.

Summary: We were visiting Austin for my sons’s graduation from UT and his commissioning into the US Army. We had a very busy weekend and a lot of family in town as well. This property was perfect for our stay. It’s very close to everything, but also very secluded. We loved being able to come back to the house for some peace during the hustle and busyness. Our host was amazing during the entire process! This is truly the perfect property!
